I have chronic non allergic rhinitis. I’ve been to several Dr.’s throughout the yrs. Dr. DeLorio has taken the time & patience to work with me to control symptoms & improve my quality of life. There’s no quick one time fix for a chronic condition. Dr. DeLorio is very knowledgeable, professional & compassionate. We work together to manage my symptoms. I highly recommend her. The staff is warm & professional. Wait time is prompt.
Dr. De Lorio discovered my vocal cord cancer at an early stage. She performed surgery 3 days later putting a personal trip on hold. I will always be grateful for her understanding of my feelings. Thank you.
Would never recommend this facility! Super unprofessional and $4,000 later, still can’t smell or breathe! During surgery i felt everything !! Surgery like this should require patients to be asleep worse experience ever would never recommend

Laura, During your surgery you did have more discomfort than typical patients and you were offered multiple times that we could stop and reschedule in the operating room and you refused. You had multiple follow ups and were doing very well the last time we saw you. If you recall your insurance lapsed and you did not let us know. You did not pay anything. The one star ratings below do not reflect honest evaluation and no-one waits 45 minutes ever.
After three visits it became clear that Dr. Delorio did absolutely nothing to address my problem. It was especially disappointing since being Tier 2 provider within my insurance, she charged higher co-pay. There was also a high deductible but I only found out months later. If the bill was sent promptly I would have cancelled all following visits at this cost. Now I am going to end up paying over $600 basically for Flonase prescription.

I am sorry you are dissatisfied, but to be clear we ordered a Cat scan and did allergy testing to help evaluate the cause of your problems and those results were reviewed with you. You chose not to take medications recommended so I can't be held responsible for your lack of improvement. I do not charge a higher copay your insurance mandates that. I know I am the second ENT you have seen perhaps the third time will give you the results you are wanting. I wish you good health.
