PA Amanda was very attentive to my condition and very thorough on the cause and potential treatment options. She also was very professional yet personable as well. Her assistant Samantha was equally helpful in helping us determine timeline for next steps due to our tight calendar for air travel. Highly recommend them.
My consultation was very thorough and fully made me understand my condition. Treatment options were discussed thoroughly. Challenge is timeline for upcoming flight in a few weeks, but working within it to get right procedure done within it. PA Amanda and assistant Samantha were extremely helpful, professional and personable as well.
I had an amazing experience here, the staff was welcoming. I don't like to go to doctor appointments because they give me anxiety. However Vanessa the NP listen to all my questions and concerns and made sure to answer them all, she was very detailed with her education, she is truly the best and I am thankful she was there.
My experience happened to be best that I have encountered so far. I was able to get a same day appointment with less than 10 mins. sitting in the waiting room and was seen by staff and the doctor within 20 mins. Not saying this will happen each and every time but for what I needed and the discomfort I was experiencing, this office gave me immediate attention and answered all my concerns and then some. Nikita and the rest of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend.
The Doctor misdiagnosed me. He did not look at my ear. He took a CT scan, costing me money outside of the Insurance coverage. He never followed-up. The problem was wax in my ear! When I called to ask why the doctor did not even look at or in my ear, they ignored my concern. Unethical at best.
