I’ve always been anxious at the doctor. I’ve always had a bad experience and left feeling worse. Nikita Karki was the most informative, helpful, and supportive doctor I’ve ever visited. Usually I get squeamish and I sometimes have panic attacks, but during this appointment I cried because I had never felt more comfortable or well taken care of. She explained everything she was doing and thinking so I understood the decisions we made together. It was so worth the drive up to Scottsdale.
Scheduled through ZocDoc and was called a few days later by scheduling to move the time a little earlier to accommodate the doctor's schedule. That's more ZocDoc's issue than the clinics in my opinion. I arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic and was the only person in the waiting room. Wifi, Water, juice and coffee is offered. Easy and timely scheduling process and excellent team. Appointment was thorough, informative and compassionate. Took time to go over my options, financial implications and provided additional recommendations/referrals for additional treatments. Excellent experience.
I’m so glad I found Dr. Gordon and his staff! Dr Gordon is very calm and has the patience of a saint! I never felt he was in a hurry and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff is professional and courteous!
