I had a great experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The medical assistants are absolutely awesome professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and kept the visit running smoothly. You can really tell they care about their patients. The entire team works well together, and it shows in the quality of care provided. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have had allergy, sinus and ear issues all my life. As an adult I’m on my second set of ear tubes done by another ENT Doctor. When I started having trouble with my tubes again I called Arizona Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Center to see if they were able to see me. They were able to get me an appointment the following day. Arizona Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Center is the first place to ever do a CT scan and figure out what the issue is. Scheduled through ZocDoc and was called a few days later by scheduling to move the time a little earlier to accommodate the doctor's schedule. That's more ZocDoc's issue than the clinics in my opinion. I arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic and was the only person in the waiting room. Wifi, Water, juice and coffee is offered. I had previously checked in and provided documents as requested so they could run billing/insurance and everything ahead of my appointment. I’ve always been anxious at the doctor. I’ve always had a bad experience and left feeling worse. Nikita Karki was the most informative, helpful, and supportive doctor I’ve ever visited. Usually I get squeamish and I sometimes have panic attacks, but during this appointment I cried because I had never felt more comfortable or well taken care of. She explained everything she was doing and thinking so I understood the decisions we made together. It was so worth the drive up to Scottsdale.
