I was very impressed with everyone at the Osborn office.. Never have I ever felt so taken care of or so respected. They have a great waiting room with a TV that showed ocean scenes. Then I saw Stephanie, she was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything in detail. She let me take pics of my CT Scan. And when I was all done with scheduling my upcoming appointment, one of the staff was kind enough to wait with me while waiting for the Uber, which they insisted on getting for me. I had a fantastic experience at this ENT clinic. From the moment I arrived, the care and professionalism were outstanding. I had such a wonderful experience at this office. I had to bring my toddler with me unexpectedly, and the nurse was absolutely amazing with him, she even made him a little glove balloon to keep him entertained, which was so thoughtful!! The doctor was incredibly sweet, and understanding, making me feel comfortable and heard throughout the visit. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care we received here.
