Learned a lot about my sinus issues, will be doing their procedure. Nice and helpful staff. Got procedure done, painless, about an hour and out the door. Had my post op interview today. I'm breathing much better after 2 weeks. sinuses are still a bit swollen but opened and in good condition. takes about 6 weeks all together for recovery. I have had no issues after 2 weeks and highly recommend this service.
I agree with previous reviews that this clinic's focus is profit. Everyone at the clinic immediately pushes for surgery. The surgeon himself asked me to reconsider part of the surgery as I was sitting down to have it done. Thank you to him, but shame on everyone else at the clinic. For billing: I received excess charges for things that were 'included' with surgery. Five months later, the clinic still hasn't resolved billing with my insurance (insurance requested documentation), so nothing has been applied towards my deductib... read more

Amanda Neal genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns, offering invaluable education about my condition without once glancing at her watch. She explained everything clearly, and together we discovered a solution. It reminded me of being in a classroom, completely engaged by a teacher discussing my favorite subject.
Great staff. I had my procedure done exactly two days after my first consultation. My procedure was yesterday. I’m supposed to have congestion due to swelling for up to 10 days, but even with that, my sinuses are much more open and I can breathe much better than I can remember. My wife ready has an appointment in two days.
I went in for constant ear pain/pressure and post nasal drip. The CT scan of my sinuses revealed the major culprit for my ailments, and the best course of treatment was recommended. What I really like about this practice is that the recommended remedies are not just a band aid for the symptoms, but a real holistic look at the sinuses as an entire system that needs each part working properly.
