Today I had an appointment with the ENT specialist because of my hearing problems, and I honestly had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and caring. They cleaned my ear and performed all the necessary scans and tests with great attention and patience. Forever grateful for Dr. Gordon and this office! The team is very supportive from the front office to back office staff to the providers and Dr. Gordon! I needed a very specific procedure done that not many ENTs do, but Dr. Gordon did an amazing job. He is also a great teacher and explains the process very well. I had a very pleasant experience in this clinic. From the beginning to end of my appointment the staff was so kind and welcoming. Vanessa the NP really took her time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. She was so compassionate. I definitely recommend this clinic.
