Really kind and helpful staff. Doctor was really great and thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and I was able to have a better understanding of issues with my ear. I felt like I was taken seriously and like they are going to figure out why I am having ear pain. Such a relief! Highly recommend this practice!
I had been having annoying ear congestion problems for several weeks and this place fixed me up in one visit. Mark Kline and staff did a great, thorough job addressing my ear canals and educating me on best practices for ear and nose care, especially as they relate to sleep and breathing. They're a new office, but it feels like they take patient care seriously and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.
My experience at Bethesda ENT Sinus Center was exceptional. Dr Ahmed diagnosed my issue and promptly set an appointment for my sinus repair. The staff prepped me with a set of pre-treatment instructions including precise information on when to take antibiotics and other medicine and what to expect at each stage of the treatment. The procedure went smoothly and with great results. I highly recommend Bethesda ENT for their high level of courteous, knowledgeable, and professional care.
