I wouldn’t recommend this sketchy place to my worst enemy and wish I read all the other bad reviews on them and on Stephen Bane!! Dr. Bane performed a turbinate reduction procedure on me a couple of years ago. I had very little sleep the night before and was given medication prior to the procedure that left me asleep for most of it. Toward the end, however, I was suddenly awakened by some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. Had a great experience at this office. The nurse practitioner was both professional and friendly, taking the time to address all my concerns. A special shout-out to Nikki, who was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this team.
Dr.Bane and staff are professional, charismatic, and compassionate. I highly recommend their office for any of your ENT needs. The process started with checking in at front desk which was an easy process, then the medical assistant walked me back to my room, offered an in office CT to use for diagnostic purposes based on the symptoms I was having. I only have praises to sing for each and every staff member. I wish I could remember everybody's name but the 3 that have made an enormous impact on me are Carmen, Dr. Anthony and Dr. Bane. Carmen is so kind, polite, and knowledgeable. I now look forward to my Dr appointment after I found this practice. And the dr.s have changed my quality of life.
