I wouldn’t recommend this sketchy place to my worst enemy and wish I read all the other bad reviews on them and on Stephen Bane!! Dr. Bane performed a turbinate reduction procedure on me a couple of years ago. I had very little sleep the night before and was given medication prior to the procedure that left me asleep for most of it. Toward the end, however, I was suddenly awakened by some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. I originally went to see PA Lavato, who was so incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very thorough. I needed a sinus procedure done, and Dr. Bane did that. He was also very kind. In fact, the entire office was helpful, kind, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!!

Genuinely improved my quality of life by leaps and bounds. Breathing through my nose used to be difficult and uncomfortable. Now it's easy. It's reduced mouth-breathing and helped my acid reflux and allergies. The insurance process took longer than I wanted, but it was ultimately very affordable and the staff were all helpful and pleasant. The procedure itself was quick and simple. Would recommend them. From start to finish, my experience here was excellent. During my initial consultation, Carmen was wonderful — she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable as she conducted the CT scan. Noah (FNP-BC) went over my results in detail and talked me through the nasal endoscopy step-by-step. I went in last Wednesday 10/1 for my initial appointment and was immediately impressed. They did a CT scan something my previous ENT never did and The PA also went over my options and mentioned that I was a good candidate for a balloon sinus procedure. I’ll admit, I was nervous at first, but they scheduled me right away for the Friday 10/3 , and I’m so glad I did it.
