From start to finish, my experience here was excellent. During my initial consultation, Carmen was wonderful — she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable as she conducted the CT scan. I went in last Wednesday 10/1 for my initial appointment and was immediately impressed. They did a CT scan something my previous ENT never did and The PA also went over my options and mentioned that I was a good candidate for a balloon sinus procedure. I’ll admit, I was nervous at first, but they scheduled me right away for the Friday 10/3 , and I’m so glad I did it. Had my first appointment this week and I loved it. Staff were super friendly, special shoutout to Sabrina who took my CT scan and got me set up before I saw ENT specialist Sarah Lovato. Before we went over my CT scan, Sarah gave me a quick and informative lesson on the nasal passages. All around 5/5 experience!

The procedure was quick and easy. The ENTIRE staff from front desk, to medical staff were friendly and did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable, that I understood the procedure as well as the before and after care. They made great efforts to communicate with me in the days prior to the procedure. And again went over the care instructions at the time of the procedure, giving me multiple opportunities to ask questions or address concerns.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with my surgery yesterday but everything was carefully explained. They took me right in when I got there and the procedure was done very quickly with as little discomfort as possible. Dr . Bane and his assistant Karen were excellent and efficient . I look forward to being able to breathe normally again ! Thank you to all the caring people involved in helping me !
