I think 5 stars not enough for them. They are absolutely wonderful from front desk to surgery team. Let me start with the front desk; They are always very helpful and kind. I had sinuplasty balloon surgery recommended almost 6 months ago. I have been called them numerous times to ask questions about procedures, insurance, payment, and they always welcomed me and I never experienced any rude behavior from front desk ladies. Five stars all around. Very short wait. The receptionist, medical assistants, and provider (Kate) were all very nice, which is hard to come by in doctors offices nowadays. Kate took her time with me, was very kind, and really listened to my concerns. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt well taken care of. Great medical office — highly recommend.
This has to be, the best appointment ever! From the friendly front desk staff, and the way everyone explained things clearly and assured me that my breathing will be better. We'll worth over an hour drive to get results and wonderful treatment.
Surgery on my sinuses went very well. The professionalism and attention to detail made me feel at ease. Nicole, the manager, ensured that I had everything that I needed for pre- and post- care. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. My surgery was two days ago and I feel about 90% better. Great job to this wonderful staff.
The overall experience exceeded my expectations. From the easy appointment setting, completing all paperwork prior to coming in and a short wait time, it really made the experience great. It was quick and convenient. I like the updated technology and in house surgeon as well!
