I went in last Wednesday 10/1 for my initial appointment and was immediately impressed. They did a CT scan something my previous ENT never did and The PA also went over my options and mentioned that I was a good candidate for a balloon sinus procedure. I’ll admit, I was nervous at first, but they scheduled me right away for the Friday 10/3 , and I’m so glad I did it. The procedure was quick and easy. The ENTIRE staff from front desk, to medical staff were friendly and did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable, that I understood the procedure as well as the before and after care. They made great efforts to communicate with me in the days prior to the procedure. And again went over the care instructions at the time of the procedure, giving me multiple opportunities to ask questions or address concerns.

I have to say that my initial visit was nothing but stellar! The entire staff was extremely helpful. The doctor had an immensely amazing way of explaining the process and procedures and answered every question that I had. They made you feel comfortable and important. I wasn’t sure what to expect with my surgery yesterday but everything was carefully explained. They took me right in when I got there and the procedure was done very quickly with as little discomfort as possible. Dr . Bane and his assistant Karen were excellent and efficient . I look forward to being able to breathe normally again ! Thank you to all the caring people involved in helping me !

Loved my experience here. Every person has been very thorough and kind throughout all of my visits. Most importantly Carmen she has been very professional helpful and kind at every appointment I have had. I really appreciate her willingness to explain everything to me throughout my allergy test.
