They always get me in quickly with sinus infections and procedures. Dr Khanna and Catarina listen when I say “no really- it is the sphenoid sinus again….” They also have a great sense of humor- you should see the Halloween decorations. One photo attached. I am voting for Door#2 because I really feel the skeleton’s pain!
Everything from my initial appointment and consultation to the day of my procedure was great. Every staff member I encountered took the time to walk me through all of the information, explain my options, and answer questions. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They have a great team, and my procedure went very smoothly. I'm still recovering but grateful for all their help!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This place has truly changed my quality of life—it’s an absolute hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff—Julie, Iman, Noah, Judith, and everyone else—make you feel cared for in a way that’s unheard of when it comes to check-ups and procedures. They’re not only friendly but extremely thorough, and they genuinely care about your experience. These people are just genuinely so good at what they do. I had a terrible issue with my throat and could not find a doctor to figure it out until Lukas Williams had a look and got me on the right prescription. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and I was better the day or two after starting the medication. Even with billing, they took care of a dispute and communicated quickly the entire way through. I cannot recommend this place enough, my appreciation to their staff and Lukas.
I haven’t been to the doctor in awhile bc I never had health insurance before. So when I came in today, I was not really expecting a lot because even in the past, I never really had great experiences with specialists, doctors, nurses, etc. I was always hopping from doctor to doctor because I always paid out of pocket.
