Service ok but front desk unfriendly and downright difficult; addressing my wife by our last name - asking to complete same form multiple times despite having completed them, asked for ID and insurance despite having submitted online. Other patients came without being hassled and then made her wait 20 minutes past appointment time (she was first in at 0730am). Wonder makes us so special? Everyone was so friendly and the clinic was very neat. They did in office CT scan at no additional charge and used a nasopharyngeal scope. They were very efficient and empathetic in their evaluation of my issues and were honest on surgery expectations and what was needed. I felt well cared for and am glad I found out my issues with efficiency! Lukas Williams was an amazing PA with so much compassion!
Absolutely fantastic experience at this practice. I've been suffering from allergies and sinus infections for far too long because a different ENT couldn't find anything wrong with me after extensive testing. From start to finish my experience at Capitol Breathe Free was fantastic. I had been a patient of Dr. Khanna's years ago and was happy to see that he was back in my area. I had some in office procedures done last week and although I was nervous, the process went great and the recovery has also gone really well. One of the best healthcare appointments I’ve ever had! The staff are welcoming and the office is beautiful. I showed up early and did my forms prior to the visit and was seen basically right away. The medical assistant, Shantelle, was thorough and asked very helpful intake questions and listened carefully when taking my history. I was seen by Margaret who explained everything clearly and was not pushy and just helped me weigh my options to make an informed decision about follow up care.
