I went in because of some issues I was having with my ear and was sold sinus surgery that I am almost 100% sure I don’t actually need. I will say that everyone I met was extremely nice and no one was rushed in terms of talking with me and explaining things, but I definitely felt pressured to sign things and agree to things hastily. Truly amazing team. From the front desk to the medical assistants, scheduling, nurses, and my provider—everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I saw Leslie Fincher, PA and can’t recommend her enough She came into the visit already familiar with my history, took every concern seriously, and clearly explained my treatment options. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my care. The visit was not rushed at all.
I was a patient back in February and had the most caring and considerate medical assistant Dason. He fully heard me out while I complained for 10 minutes straight about how often I had been getting sick. Super validating. I had Julie as my PA and immediately figured out what was going on, had me booked for next steps and explained everything every step of the way. I’ve never felt so heard and taken care of by medical providers before. Cannot recommend them enough.
I’m a first time patient and I had a fantastic experience. All the staff in the office is super friendly and helpful. I saw Julie Hurst and she gave me phenomenal care. She sat with me and talked through everything that was going on and was very reassuring and really helped me. It’s rare to find such attentive care and someone so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and this office as a whole.
I loved my experience at Capitol Breathe! Everyone was so kind to me. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt fully attended to. The tech who met with me initially was so so kind.
