Greatest medical visit I have probably ever had. Miya was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and such a pleasant person to take my vitals and get me prepared for the examination. Then PA Abbey Stull was the cream of the crop! She thoroughly explained to me what my symptoms were and showed me video of my sinuses and explain everything in-depth to me. They always get me in quickly with sinus infections and procedures. Dr Khanna and Catarina listen when I say “no really- it is the sphenoid sinus again….” They also have a great sense of humor- you should see the Halloween decorations. One photo attached. I am voting for Door#2 because I really feel the skeleton’s pain!
My first vist with them was so pleasant. Front desk was welcoming. I saw Shantelle for triage. She was very nice. Explained the diagnostic procedures and cost upfront. Next Dr Williams was very patient and informative. He took the time to explain my issue and solutions for now and the future. Scott was the last person to visit me to talk next steps and prep for next steps. Everything from my initial appointment and consultation to the day of my procedure was great. Every staff member I encountered took the time to walk me through all of the information, explain my options, and answer questions. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They have a great team, and my procedure went very smoothly. I'm still recovering but grateful for all their help!
The staff at this office was very kind and welcoming. I struggle with medical anxiety, but they were incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease throughout the process. They patiently answered all of my (many!) questions and provided the reassurance I needed. I had surgery on my sinuses and septum, and while I’m still healing, I’m already enjoying the results so far. I truly appreciate the care and support I received here.
