The staff at this office was very kind and welcoming. I struggle with medical anxiety, but they were incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease throughout the process. They patiently answered all of my (many!) questions and provided the reassurance I needed. I had surgery on my sinuses and septum, and while I’m still healing, I’m already enjoying the results so far. I truly appreciate the care and support I received here.
Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the medical field. The staff is not only incredibly friendly and professional, but also impressively thorough. They make you feel as though you are their only patient, giving you their full attention and care. This practice truly prioritizes its patients, and it shows in every interaction. I’m so glad they moved here from DC — lucky us! An excellent practice all around.
Avoid that provider. Had 2 detailed appointments and they convinced me that I needed a sinus surgery. I asked them to contact my insurance and provide an estimate.. and asked, and called again.. and asked.. something is not right with them. When you request a simple estimate and for 2 months they keep promising “someone will send It to you” something is shady
I had a great experience, Lukas Williams was the PA-C he was very nice, knowledgeable, and asked a lot of questions. He showed me all the results/ evidence myself to better understand what issues I had coming in and what proper treatment would help plus what the next steps are to get over an imbalance problem I recently developed. The advanced technology they have was very impressive to have a CT scan done on my face in addition to pressure tests.
I went in because of some issues I was having with my ear and was sold sinus surgery that I am almost 100% sure I don’t actually need. I will say that everyone I met was extremely nice and no one was rushed in terms of talking with me and explaining things, but I definitely felt pressured to sign things and agree to things hastily. Luckily I got a second opinion and was able to cancel my follow up appointments, but I would think twice about coming here if you are looking for care that doesn’t require surgery.
