Hi! I had my referral visit here on 12/22/2025 amd it was phenomenal. Dr. Wells is an amazing person and I couldn't be happier to be here. Everything was seamless and the nursing staff was just as great. The office is set up very nicely. It's clean, spacious, organized, and have coffee and water for convenience. The receptionist and front door staff greeted me as I appeared the desk. They were friendly and professional as they processed my intake documents. The nurse was friendly and professional and took my vitals. The nurse practitioner was friendly, courteous, and very thorough in explaining my symptoms and recommendations for relief. I was nervous about this appointment but after the service that was provided, I am glad I kept the appointment
I saw Dr Wells and had a sinuplasty done in Nov 2025, three days before Thanksgiving. Dr Wells explained everything in detail, answered all our questions and was extremely patient. The staff is very courteous & professional. The procedure was painless and the recovery was quick (felt fine by Thanksgiving). I would highly recommend Dr Wells (Columbia Breath Free Sinus & Allergy Center)!!!
The nurse practitioner who saw me was excellent and explained everything very thoroughly. The office staff, along with the two women who performed my sinus CT scan, were professional and kind. Everyone seemed to be in great spirits. I would highly recommend this place.
After contacting Columbia Breathe Free twice to verify that they offered a specific balloon service, I booked an appointment for an evaluation. At time of booking, I asked for information on the service since it was not listed under the services section on their website. I was told they didn't have a pamphlet on the service but offered a brochure that contained information about the tool that is used in balloon procedures.
