One of the best offices I've been to.... Front desk was extremely accommodating. I saw Nancy amazing personality, she was personal, warm and reassuring. Nancy answered all my questions. Matt did quick imaging in office and got the results same time. Thank you to the CT-ENT ...please keep up the amazing job. It's refreshing to have staff that actually care about patients well being. This office is patient forward centered.
Nancy and her team were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and the office was very clean. Nancy took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough and easy to understand. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or unheard. Highly recommend!!
The staff at the Greenwich office were some of the most kind, knowledgeable, and flexible I have ever experienced. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix my chronic sinus issues, they were able to help me understand why these issues were happening and helped me adjust my lifestyle accordingly. The staff truly went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience and even better results. I would recommend CT ENT of Greenwich to anyone who is experiencing chronic or acute sinus issues.
Thanks to Nancy Higbee I had one of the most unexpectedly productive appointments! I thought I simply needed my ears cleaned but because it was my first time at the Greenwich location, I had a CT scan of my sinuses, ears, and throat as well as a tympanum pressure test. The folks at CT ENT took great care of me, from my procedure to my follow up visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Greenwich/Stamford/Rye/Port Chester area in search ENT professionals, as the entire staff is extremely friendly, but also very dedicated towards taking care of its patients.
