I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at this ENT office to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any procedure. Two years ago I was scheduled for a balloon sinuplasty here, and the experience has left me with long-term complications that I am still dealing with today. The team at CT ENT is great! It was my first time there, and at an ENT. The front desk was very nice and helpful with my check-in process. I saw Nancy Higbee, and she was fantastic! Took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. Pulled up my CT scan and explained the procedure that I would need in order to address my symptoms. Extremely thorough exam and great education. Greatly appreciate it! And would highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to CT ENT for about 7 months now, and I’m so grateful to have found an ENT who truly understands and treats my allergies. I really appreciate that they make decisions based on an in-house CT scan — it’s surprising more ENTs don’t do this! I recently visited the ENTD office because my ears kept feeling clogged whenever I swam or even dipped my head in water, staying that way for over a day at least. Nurse Nancy Higby was absolutely wonderful. She quickly figured out the cause and gently removed a Q-tip remnant from my left ear that had been causing the issue. In all honesty, my experience with CT ENT of Greenwich has been fantastic. Everyone is very professional and treated me so nicely. The surgery went very well and the meds that were prescribed beforehand made any apprehension that I may have been feeling disappear. (which I was very glad of) I was seriously very nervous before going. In the follow-up visits I didn’t know what to expect, and was given numbing medication to make it more comfortable.
