One of the best offices I've been to.... Front desk was extremely accommodating. I saw Nancy amazing personality, she was personal, warm and reassuring. Nancy answered all my questions. Matt did quick imaging in office and got the results same time. Thank you to the CT-ENT ...please keep up the amazing job. It's refreshing to have staff that actually care about patients well being. This office is patient forward centered.
I needed an emergency visit for an ear problem and the Greenwich office was quick to see me and service me! Everyone at the front was so accommodating and Nancy the PA who took care of me was amazing! She took her time and explained everything thoroughly in addition to completely fixing my problem. I highly recommend CTent.. I plan on recommending them to all my family and friends! Thank you again for taking such good care of me!
I had a very positive experience at this office. I was able to get an appointment very quickly ( which is so unusual).The people at the front desk & Jada ( PA Assistant ) were lovely and the Physicians Assistant, Nancy Higbee was very professional and took care of my problem with ease. She answered all of my concerns and I couldn’t have been more satisfied! It is a very well run office.It is very clean and nicely furnished. Parking was easy.
I called first thing in the morning, and was offered several appointments for the same or next day. The receptionist was super helpful and polite. As for the visit itself, I never knew a simple ear wax removal could be so pleasant AND informative. Jane is the absolute best!
Staff was super nice and welcoming. Olivia was exceptional. Asked questions told me what would be happening next. Even Dr. Waters was great. Explained everything as well. Day after procedure and feeling good. Just congested and looking forward to no sinus headaches anymore! Totally recommend
