The team at CT ENT is great! It was my first time there, and at an ENT. The front desk was very nice and helpful with my check-in process. I saw Nancy Higbee, and she was fantastic! Took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. Pulled up my CT scan and explained the procedure that I would need in order to address my symptoms. Extremely thorough exam and great education. Greatly appreciate it! And would highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to CT ENT for about 7 months now, and I’m so grateful to have found an ENT who truly understands and treats my allergies. I really appreciate that they make decisions based on an in-house CT scan — it’s surprising more ENTs don’t do this! Great place. Great staff. Patient ,knowledgeable. Open to hearing my opinions. Spent tons of time. The procedure they recommend felt like it was being really pushed ( balloon treatment). I think they should tell people to go home and think about it and really explain in detail what the recovery involves. So definitely 5 star experience but with second opinion i won't be doing the treatment
One of the things that really stood out to me at CT ENT in Greenwich was the incredible attention and care from the nurse practitioners. Staff was very friendly. They give a complimentary CT scan so that they can explain what is going on in your sinuses. They also explain how it can be resolved. They took their time asking questions and explaining what would be done. I was there well over an hour. Now we will see if they can actually get me to breathe properly.
