The office was pristine and very calming. All staff was very welcoming and explained each step of the procedures. I saw Nancy Higbee. She was very warm and carefully took my history to ensure she understood my situation and concerns. She also took time to talk me through all procedures and go over what she saw. I had an excellent experience and recommend them to anyone needing an ENT.
It was a wonderful, welcoming experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left the office. The staff is caring and thoughtful. I had a wonderful experience at CT ENT today. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. The doctor was extremely thorough, taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly professional and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. I truly felt well cared for and in great hands. Sofia was truly the best MA I’ve ever had. She was so kind and attentive from the start, and made the entire visit feel easy. Even the pressure test, which I was a little nervous about. Wasn’t painful at all. She was incredibly gentle and explained everything as she went. You can tell she really cares about her patients. CT Sinus ENT is lucky to have her!
I’ve been to five different ENT clinics, and this one has truly stood out. They took their time during the visit and made me feel heard. What really impressed me was the complimentary mini CT scan they offered to help with the diagnostic process none of the other clinics did that. The entire staff, from the medical assistants to the providers, was kind, thorough, and professional. Highly recommend!
