I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at this ENT office to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any procedure. Two years ago I was scheduled for a balloon sinuplasty here, and the experience has left me with long-term complications that I am still dealing with today. The team at CT ENT is great! It was my first time there, and at an ENT. The front desk was very nice and helpful with my check-in process. I saw Nancy Higbee, and she was fantastic! Took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. Pulled up my CT scan and explained the procedure that I would need in order to address my symptoms. Extremely thorough exam and great education. Greatly appreciate it! And would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to CT ENT for about 7 months now, and I’m so grateful to have found an ENT who truly understands and treats my allergies. I really appreciate that they make decisions based on an in-house CT scan — it’s surprising more ENTs don’t do this! Dr. Heather Waters performed my balloon sinuplasty, and she did a fantastic job — far better than my previous procedure with another specialist three years ago. They deserve all the stars. Every member of the team radiates positivity, empathy, and warmth. When I saw other doctors they simply treated my symptoms, but this team actually took time to explain the root problems I had and gave me solutions for long term relief. This was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in until I left I was super comfortable. The office is clean and new. Nancy, the NP was informative and comforting. She has a great beside manner. I normally have questions, by the time we finished , I didn't have not one question. That alone gave me a peace of mind. The rest of the staff from Natalie C, Rika, and Natalie really were very accommodating and also informative. I would recommend this ENT to everyone. Thank you ladies. Keep up the good job!
