The care I received from Nancy Higbee and Dr. Waters was amazing. I had been sick for months and was at my wits end. I got right in to see Nancy who did a CT immediately. My issues required a balloon sinuplasty. While no procedure is fun, I was put at ease and the procedure was a success. Everyone I encountered has been thoughtful and empathetic. I highly recommend this practice.
From the front staff to the physician and nurses everyone is professional and pleasant to interact with, they take their time to thoroughly explain all intricate details and any questions you may have. Dr. Waters is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.
I had the pleasure of seeing Matt and Nancy today for an ear issue. Both medical professionals were very caring, understanding and helped me through everything that they were doing. My visit was great because of the care I was given and the willingness to understand and listen to me. It was nice to be heard and also get everything explained to me in thorough detail. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful as well. I can't rate this practice higher, it was a phenomenal visit!
The folks at CT ENT took great care of me, from my procedure to my follow up visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Greenwich/Stamford/Rye/Port Chester area in search ENT professionals, as the entire staff is extremely friendly, but also very dedicated towards taking care of its patients. Dr. Waters, Nancy, Kaylah, and Olivia are just a few names from a team full of members I had great experiences being treated by!
This office is so nice inside, modern and cozy. Well equipped exam rooms, coffee bar, free beverages, the staff is welcoming. The nurses are thorough and they truly show care. I became an established patient in a heart beat.
