Hi had an emergency situation and was able to get an appt with Nancy Higbee at ctENT. I cannot express how excellent my experience was. From the warm front desk welcome to their medical technician, Oliver it started off great. However, Nancy is one of a kind! She is brilliant, compassionate, patient and all around awesome. She treated me with respect and professionalism that is unfortunately rare in today's medical care. I wholeheartedly recommend Nancy Higbee and the entire team at ctENT!!
It was my first visit and must communicate it was very pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and available to assist with my inquiries. Ms Kopacki was kind and eager to educate me with my concerns. She was gentle and thorough. Would certainly recommend

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free. I have honestly never felt this at ease in a doctor’s office before. Kane Kopacki is an excellent professional, kind, incredibly funny, and truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. The team at CT ENT is great! It was my first time there, and at an ENT. The front desk was very nice and helpful with my check-in process. I saw Nancy Higbee, and she was fantastic! Took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. Pulled up my CT scan and explained the procedure that I would need in order to address my symptoms. Extremely thorough exam and great education. Greatly appreciate it! And would highly recommend!
