Everyone from the check-in attendant, the nurse, the doctor, and the lovely woman who assisted me walking through the next steps were incredibly kind, informative and answered all of my questions. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know you and listen. Great PA and the tech was very sweet. I can’t remember everyone’s name because this was my first time but Ty was sweet and caring and so was the PA! Will refer friends and family to this place!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff is efficient, nice and patient. Everyone took their time to explain to me the procedure I was going to have and what the healing process was. They are awesome!
I had a chronic sinus checked at this office month ago, paid out of my pocket 250$, did CT scan of nasal area, everything was nice, so I thought. Had another ENT doctor's appointment about 3 drive from this office, asked them to transfer my CD pictures of CT scan, called them about 5-6 times about transferring pictures to another office, had waited more than a month, still no results.
