Everyone from the check-in attendant, the nurse, the doctor, and the lovely woman who assisted me walking through the next steps were incredibly kind, informative and answered all of my questions. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know you and listen. Great PA and the tech was very sweet. I can’t remember everyone’s name because this was my first time but Ty was sweet and caring and so was the PA! Will refer friends and family to this place!
Answered my calls AND called me multiple times: communication- 5 stars. They explain everything you need to know before your procedure incredibly thoroughly. I had a chronic sinus checked at this office month ago, paid out of my pocket 250$, did CT scan of nasal area, everything was nice, so I thought. Had another ENT doctor's appointment about 3 drive from this office, asked them to transfer my CD pictures of CT scan, called them about 5-6 times about transferring pictures to another office, had waited more than a month, still no results. My wife wanted to get treatment so I went along with her. She was getting her treatment and I was observing, The moment we entered the place, everyone was so friendly, considering and helpful. When diagnosing the problem I felt they really are experienced and knowledgeable, Every question they asked made us felt like they already know the answer but are asking us just to confirm. Very professional, Great Experience, Highly recommended.
