I really enjoyed my first time visit. All the staff members were friendly and respectful. They explained everything to me before doing anything, they made sure i understood and then proceeded to do what was needed to be done. The Dr was very kind and explained thoroughly all information to me and my daughter. I will be going back and recommending them to anyone I know needing and ENT Dr.
Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know you and listen. Great PA and the tech was very sweet. I can’t remember everyone’s name because this was my first time but Ty was sweet and caring and so was the PA! Will refer friends and family to this place!
Definitely worth the visit. They are very kind and you'll receive great care. Jessica & Cieara at the front desk go above and beyond to make sure you understand why your visiting and will update you on things related to your service. Tai is thorough with his explanation which makes you feel confident in what he tells you and he has a very kind demeanor. Courtney has ana amazing energy that comes off not only caring but encouraging. Overall, this office has the best staff and I didn't get ti name everyone.
I was greated as I came in. I saw Courtney Leslie her assistant Ty was very helpful and put me at ease. Explained ahead of time on what to expect. After CT was done PA Leslie gave futher Explanation of my issue. I was taken back with the insite I left with. Adding to the fact thatI could breath clean and clear. Ist time in a quite while. Wonderful staff and doctors. I felt validated in speaking with Courtney Leslie pa-c and not belittled in my feeling and thought of my body. Made a plan that best works for me. Great communication explains well about causes and effects and next steps. I would recommend this location as its been a positive experience full circle.
