It was a great experience. The Doctor was amazingly patient and very friendly. I was informed about my nasal problem on a level that was above and beyond my expectations. The receptionist and schedule provider was excellent I am glad I excepted the referral and I have receive their findings with a very open mind and appreciative heart. If needed I would except all referrals to them immediately. I visited Dallas Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Center in Fort Worth for recurrent sinus infections. The Technologist, Tai, that took my vitals and performed my CT scan was amazing! He was so respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Courtney, the Physician Assistant, was so kind and listened to my concerns. She directed my attention to the CT scan and explained it to me in its entirety. Courtney prescribed medications for a rinse for me to use when I feel the first symptoms of a sinus infection. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and so nice. The doctors were very thorough and explained the treatment plan so that I could understand what they were talking about, to have a successful outcome in my treatment. The office was also very clean and smelled good.

So everyone I met in the beginning was awesome and nice, and nothing bad to say about the office staff. My PA was very thorough and explained alot to me about the problems I've been having and how and why they started. She told about this procedure that would help my ear clear out. So I scheduled it. Well day of the surgery the doctor comes in and just immediately sat down to ask a couple questions. The staff and the NP, Taylor, were all very nice and professional. I truly appreciate the way Taylor took the time to explain every she was doing and the scans as well as a remedy to my issues. An excellent experience.
