I went to Del Ray MD in Long Beach initially for ear wax removal and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. My husband had an excellent experience at this ENT office. Lauryn was a wonderful provider. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in addressing his concerns. A special thank you to April, the scheduling coordinator, who is truly outstanding. She was incredibly accommodating with his schedule and made rescheduling easy and stress-free with absolutely no fuss. The entire team was professional and kind, and I highly recommend this office for anyone needing ENT care.
I first went to Del Rey for vertigo- and then had my sinus procedure done there. Immediately I was met by happy professional people - from Emma at the front to April with the careful pre-procedure details and AJ assisting with my allergy test. It's probably because during consultation they may offer to waive your co-pay for in exchange for a 5 star review. One red flag for me was the ability to get a same- or next-day appointment.
