Very professional and quick ! Nurse practitioner Jade was very informative and helpful, I came in with a ear blockage and they were able to clear it right up and even providing me with some tips and preventive care, insurance was good (PPO )
The whole team I dealt with at both the Marina Del Rey and Long beach officers were beyond amazing. I felt like I was getting looked after by friends. April in procedures scheduling is an A Grade employer. She would text and check in even on public holidays. Lauren the NP in Long beach called me to let me know of further considerations a day after the appointment and it felt like she genuinely cared. Awesome! I have had several ENTs over the years and this office has amazing care. I really appreciated how interactive they were with showing me everything and they really took the time to explain everything in great details. They’re a bit more high tech than I’m used to, so I was able to see everything on a screen at the same time the provider explained everything to me. Wow, what a great office!! Everybody on the staffing side was very kind, called to schedule a last minute emergency appointment in the morning and got a slot for the afternoon. Waited a max of 5 minutes in the lobby and was talking to Jade the NP within 10minutes of being the exam room. Jade was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on everything I had going on which is huge, not alot of medical professionals will do that. Highly recommend. Great office!
Location was great!! They were able to help fix my hearing and surface some issues that needed my attention to have a better quality of life in the future. Nadine was great and her excitement and passion for her craft helped me learn about the functions of the ear nose and throat and how to better improve my quality of life. Everyone was super nice and the experience was seamless. Was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend this place!
