I went to Del Ray MD in Long Beach initially for ear wax removal and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. I am beyond amazed by the level of care and professionalism from this entire team. My husband had an excellent experience at this ENT office. Lauryn was a wonderful provider. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in addressing his concerns. A special thank you to April, the scheduling coordinator, who is truly outstanding. She was incredibly accommodating with his schedule and made rescheduling easy and stress-free with absolutely no fuss. The entire team was professional and kind, and I highly recommend this office for anyone needing ENT care.

Five stars to the entire group. The staff in the front office was helpful, always pleasant. Lauryn Ciszek, Nurse Practitioner, did a thorough job explaining the procedure and even did it twice when I brought my husband back. The procedure itself was exactly as explained with virtually no discomfort. The staff was always available and always pleasant. I would wish that for all my doctors. Highly recommend them!

Came in for a consultation and seen Nurse Practitioner Lauryn. She was amazing at explaining EVERYTHING to detail leaving no need for asking questions. All.of the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Left with my appointment for my procedure scheduled. If you suffer from Sinuses I highly recommend them!
