I went to Del Ray MD in Long Beach initially for ear wax removal and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. The office was calm, clean, and very welcoming, and everyone communicated clearly and professionally throughout my visit. My husband had an excellent experience at this ENT office. Lauryn was a wonderful provider. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in addressing his concerns. A special thank you to April, the scheduling coordinator, who is truly outstanding. She was incredibly accommodating with his schedule and made rescheduling easy and stress-free with absolutely no fuss. The entire team was professional and kind, and I highly recommend this office for anyone needing ENT care.

This is an amazing place and I would definitely recommend. Every person who helped me was so welcoming and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Jo took me back to do initial scans and my main provider was Emily. She took her time to truly explain and walk me through every single thing. I am so happy about my experience, which usually doesn’t happen at these types of offices.
