UPDATE *1.13.26 I had my surgery on December 26, the procedure was so fast I didn’t feel any pain and the after care was very good. I had zero paid other than a little soreness I felt amazing. I didn’t need to take any meds and after the nose plugs came out, I was able to smell and breathe through my nose. I was so scared before the surgery because they told me not to look at videos online but I did it anyway but those experiences were nothing like what I experienced. As a new local in LB I was in desperate need of finding a new ENT and Del Rey MD was an amazing find via Google search. Pre-Office Visit: Scheduling a visit as a new patient was easy via phone call. The receptionist answered all questions and provided all the information I needed for my visit. Day of Visit: The office is accessible with a private parking lot. I had a really lovely experience with this office. Called last week and was able to be seen less than a week later as a new patient. Everyone I encountered from the front desk, to the MA, techs, office manager, and the best NP, Lauryn, I felt really cared for, listened to, and supported.
