Walk in with being greeted respectfully. The I was taking back for CT scan, Medical assistant bliss took her time to write down all my symptoms, she gave all the feedback I gave her to the provider. When the Np came in she was super sweet and helped me with all the questions I had. I would recommend this off for ENT treatment
Great office, very clean inside. The check in process was super easy and fast. Bliss Medical assistant was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable. PA was great as well.
Really enjoyed my visit this afternoon. Bliss took the time to walk me through every step of my visit, ensuring I knew what to expect & there were no surprises! She was super friendly & knowledgeable, making it very easy to feel comfortable during my time here. My provider was patient & took the time to really make me feel heard with my concerns. I’m happy to finally get some answers on this long journey I’ve been on with other ENTs here in town. Thanks Bliss & the team here at Del Rey!
My first visit the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. No wait and clean, quiet office. They did a cat scan right away. The PA, Julia, was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained each step carefully and went through scan results on a screen pointing out each area carefully. My blood pressure was high and she had them take it several times to make sure I was okay. She informed me of everything that was happening and would happen in the future. Would highly recommend !!!
I had a wonderful experience at your Office. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Your PA is awesome. Thoroughly explained everything to me. She looks so young. Thank you for the great experience. My husband will be making an appointment soon.
