The office is very clean and the staff is professional and polite. I went in for an issue and once paperwork was done they had a CT scan ran immediately. In 15-min I was reviewing results with the doctor. Highly recommended based on first impressions. I will not deduct a star, but I was slightly disappointed they did not offer the procedure I came in for, which they knew I was coming in for, but that aside my experience was perfect. I had a fantastic experience at DelRey MD Sinus | Allergy | ENT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I had a truly uplifting experience during my visit. From the moment you step into the office, you are enveloped in a warm and genuine welcome from the ladies at the front. The waiting area is immaculate and well-stocked with snacks. My wait was remarkably brief, and my appointment was comprehensive, friendly and efficient. WARNING: I had an experience with Del Rey MD that I feel others should be aware of. From the waiting room I was escorted directly to a CT scan prior to even being examined. After “reviewing the results” the PA quickly recommended multiple procedures that just so happen to be done onsite. He also stated said they can go ahead and schedule before I leave —without giving me adequate time to think, ask questions, or consider alternatives. DEL REY is hands down one of if not THEE best offices I have ever been to, from the beginning to the end, they answered absolutely every question I had. the staff is super friendly especially Yazmin and Ruth they went above and beyond for all my needs.
