Had a really good experience, the office was clean, organized, and welcoming. Marisa especially stood out! She was kind, patient and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It really makes a difference when someone takes the time to make you feel comfortable. Overall a really good ENT office, highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at DelRey MD Sinus | Allergy | ENT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable — I never felt rushed or overlooked. Bliss was lovely and easy to talk with. I had a truly uplifting experience during my visit. From the moment you step into the office, you are enveloped in a warm and genuine welcome from the ladies at the front. My experience with the Bakersfield office was extremely pleasant. The staff was thorough, quick but not pushy-just organized, and knowledgeable. They were able to help diagnose my issues and gave me a few options for proper treatment. Their kind and calm temperament was a breathe of fresh air.

WARNING: I had an experience with Del Rey MD that I feel others should be aware of. From the waiting room I was escorted directly to a CT scan prior to even being examined. After “reviewing the results” the PA quickly recommended multiple procedures that just so happen to be done onsite. He also stated said they can go ahead and schedule before I leave —without giving me adequate time to think, ask questions, or consider alternatives.
