Front office staff was friendly and helpful, Chris, the P.A. that examined me was very nice, knowledgeable and informative. Chris put me at ease and determined I did not have vertigo, but was recovering from an ear infection. We discussed further treatment options and I felt good about the outcome of my exam and options if my vertigo continues. I would highly recommend Del Rey MD
I had such a positive experience during my visit. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a heart felt warm welcome from the ladies in the front. The waiting area is nice and clean with snacks that are available. My wait was super short, and appointment was thorough, friendly and efficient. Very professional office. They thoroughly explained every medical X-ray and procedure before hand then gave detailed information about treatment needed. Never ever did the appointment feel rushed and absolutely every question was answered! More offices should strive for this level of professionalism and patient connectivity.
First time seeing an ENT. I was really impressed with the friendliness, thoroughness, and professionalism of everyone on staff there. Got a CT scan done on site, a very thorough exam, and recommendations for my treatment. All my questions were answered (and they were patient with me!😁). So glad I was referred here. I am very confident in their ability to help me. Would recommend to anyone needing these services.
