Been seeing Dr Sigari for a few months. He fixed my deviated septum and an infection that caused very extreme headaches. He's a really awesome doctor. He's attentive, gives explanations for everything. Answers your questions. Never rushed me through the office or anything. Del Ray MD and Dr Sigari are highly recommended.

Dr. Sigari is the real deal!! I work in the medical industry and he has incredible skill and second to none bedside manner and professionalism. He uses cutting edge technology and he is a master of it. He never takes short cuts and is always mindful of your condition, present and long term. I can't refer him enough. He is truly the very best at what he does. Thank you so very much Dr. Sigari!!

While away on business, I came down with a recurring ear ache that even-though treated continued to recur. It then moved into my sinuses and throat and lungs. Tested Covid-19 negative. Went to DelRey’s website that forced appointments online. Because of the severity I booked the next appointment, even through the home office was two hours from my home. The surgery went very well, but don't go to the post-op. Dr. Sigari charges the same for shining a flashlight up your nose for a minute as the entire surgery. For the quick post-op we were charged $35 for the co-pay, $225 for the office visit, and $750 for looking up the nostrils with a light. He called it a NASA ENDOSCOPY, but never cleared this with us. A 10-minute visit. Most doctors don't charge for post-ops, so we were shocked when we got the bill. And then they tried to schedule a 2nd!
