I took my 80 y/o Mom to Easley ENT for a persistent problem that was really getting her down. Upon entering we were greeted by a lovely gal named Sydney (Sidney??) I had been dealing with Sarah the day before on the phone and she was friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors at this office. Within 1 day of my primary care doctor placing a referral, this office reached out and got me an appointment. During my initial consultation visit, the staff helped me with one recurring issue I had been dealing with for about 8 years. A procedure was necessary for the main issue, scheduled quickly, and to say the results were life-changing would not be an exaggeration. Excellent work and staff!

I had an outstanding experience at Easley ENT. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. I. Would not go to another ENT. I had thyroid surgery a few years ago. Care was a blessing. My blood is checked often. It is a pleasure to walk up to the window and greeted immediately. The ladies are great. Kathryn is my PA she is wonderful. Dr. Saccogna is tops in my opinion. I wish it was like this in every doctor's office. You are listened to. You don't feel invisible.

New patient experience was terrific. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The examination/testing was thorough and the PA explained everything in a caring, professional manner. I highly recommend this practice!
