I had the best experience at Easley ENT today! They were able to get me in very quickly with tons of appointment times available. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I saw Mandy the PA and I can’t say enough good things about her. She listened to me and asked a ton of questions to figure out what was going on then spent close to an hour with me fully explaining my issues, test results, the medications she ordered, the procedure she recommended, the anatomy involved, ETC. My first visit to Easley ENT was one of the most thorough & compassionate appointments that I've encountered in a long while. I saw Catherine Shaw & her patience, knowledge & understanding of my issues went above & beyond what I ever expected. I saw Mandy and she was phenomenal! She answered all my questions. And they can clean out my sinuses without having to use anesthesia. That means I won’t have to be put to sleep.☺️
The front desk to check in and phone answering is very rude. The lady who works the checkout counter is super nice but the face of this practice (the ladies working the phone and check in are very rude) For example I said thank you and they responded with mhm. The doctor here is great he did 2 of my children for their ear surgeries and now my 3rd child needs surgery. I love Dr Saccogna, best ENT ever. Been seeing him for 10 yrs, he saved my life by finding a mass of MRSA in my jaw. He's my hero!🥰
