I can’t say enough good things about this ENT and Allergy office in Hammond. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they always make check-in quick and easy. The doctors and nurses always take time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable. They are thorough and compassionate, never rush through appointments and always explain my treatment in a way I can understand. Nurse Anne Marie walked in after I did my initial entrance consultation and immediately I could tell there was something wrong and she was incredibly cold and I asked her the same question three times and she would not answer it and then she said it's best for me to go find another caretaker and she kicked me out. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with her being a Democrat and she found out that I was conservative. I don’t know many in the medical profession that know the dna gene mutation and she knew it and educated me. I don’t usually like to go to pa but I’m really glad I saw her. I look forward to working with her.
Always great service. Ann Marie and staff there are fantastic! They really care about their patients and take time with them.
The staff was most kind and friendly , Dr Schneider was as gracious and helpful as he always is. Didn’t rush me but listened to all questions and he in turn asked me questions about my concerns. He is what I consider a great and caring doctor
