The staff is so friendly and efficient. My wait time was extremely short and she explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. I never felt rushed
I can’t say enough good things about this ENT and Allergy office in Hammond. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they always make check-in quick and easy. The doctors and nurses always take time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable. Very friendly staff and liked the Nurse Practitioner she answered all my questions and concerns.
Nurse Anne Marie walked in after I did my initial entrance consultation and immediately I could tell there was something wrong and she was incredibly cold and I asked her the same question three times and she would not answer it and then she said it's best for me to go find another caretaker and she kicked me out. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with her being a Democrat and she found out that I was conservative.
