I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly and I felt as though they really cared about me even though I was a new patient. I had never seen Dr. Fatakia before but again, I was very impressed with him and the way he spoke to his patients. I had overheard a conversation with another patient in the hallway. I was very sick. Loosing my voice. Had no appt. But fit me in the same day. They are so kind & helpful. Always help me when my PCP won't. So compassionate and friendly. I can't thank them enough.

Great experience overall. Shout out to Erica B, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. She made everything run smoothly and helped me feel comfortable from the start. The doctor was attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly, and the office was clean and well organized. I left feeling well cared for and would definitely recommend this practice.

The entire staff was very nice and Dr. Fatakia was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient with my daughters and they felt very comfortable. It's not often, these days, to not feel rushed through any doctor's appointment. It's hard to find a place that makes you feel welcomed like family. I was very pleased with my visit. Highly recommended!

I arrived early for my appointment and was called promptly by the doctor. She is always pleasant and always willing to assist me in any way that she can. She always goes the extra mile. She did admit she doesn't always know everything and offered to give me the phone # directly to Sparkey which is the brand name of my hearing aides. This is really great in my opinion!
