Dr. Mesa is always friendly and shows concern for you situation. He takes his time to get a full understanding of all your concerns. He definitely goes the extra mile to make sure when you leave, you feel fully understood and have a course of action in place. I've never felt rushed or put aside. Dr Fatakia is phenomenal at what he does, I suffer EXTREMELY bad this is no exaggeration with my sinuses and allergies. He’s very knowledgeable about anything you ask him, he also reassured me through my surgical process of everything he was doing and how it would improve things for me. I’m week post op and everything is going just fine, I feel amazing and I’m happy he pushed me to take the necessary steps because I was nervous
