Great experience throughout my whole process. I feel like a new person! So grateful to get this surgery and be handled with great care. It was a long time coming but I believe I got at the right time. This office and its doctors take really good care of you and are very knowledgeable.
The receptionist was polite and efficient. My wait time from check in to being seen was less than 15 minutes. Taylor, the nurse practitioner was very thorough. She explained several tests and what they determine. She wasn’t trying to rush the visit. She made me feel like my visit was not a waste of time and they are concerned with figuring out what’s wrong. Very professional. Highly recommend.
First off you can tell they care about appearance and timeliness! Cleanliness is huge for me and you can tell they do as well. The staff was great, friendly and communicated every process thoroughly. Doctor Fatakia put me at ease with each step. In and out fast without having to wait long after appointment time. They sent us home with detailed instructions and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended!!
My nurse practitioner was amazing. She was so helpful and on top of that she made me feel heard and that no matter if we ran into any problems they would be there to help guide me through them to get where I need to be. I didn’t say anything but I was so impressed wher that I almost told her. She is an incredible worker
Great ! Awesome staff! It’s nice to go to a Dr where they are eager to help you feel better! Everyone was so happy and friendly! Highly recommend them! Very efficient! Taylor was wonderful! Very knowledgeable! Explained everything!
