Dr Irwin at the Marrero location was exceptional. Knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He answered numerous questions I had and I never felt rushed. He listened to all my concerns and made great recommendations. I was very satisfied with the care I received here. All the staff was friendly from start to finish and the office was very clean. Loved the cute animal videos in the waiting area also. So refreshing compared to fox news blaring out nonsense.
Registration text made the new patient process easy to navigate. The front office staff was welcoming and kind upon arrival and made being a new patient less stressful. The medical team listens carefully to what you have to say and responds accordingly. NP LeBlanc was patient when listening to my reasons for visiting and clear with instructions and explanations of my treatment. I was able to complete the appointment RSVP and registration online prior to the appointment. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was called back within 5 minutes. The vitals were taken professionally and quickly. There was a wait for Dr. Irwin but I understood once he came into the exam room. He was very thorough and inquisitive about my medical history and hearing loss. He ordered a hearing test that was completed quickly and professionally. Wonderful experience with this office from scheduling the appointment to being seen expeditiously. The visit itself with Dr. Fatakia was also an exceptional experience. The front staff was friendly and helpful from the time I stepped through the door. Dr. Fatakia pays attention to your concerns and addresses them fully, as well as has one of the best bedside manners you will encounter. This was my first visit with an ENT Specialist, and I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Fatakia performed my 7 year old daughter’s tonsil and adenoid surgery, and I could not be happier with the results. The first few days of recovery went very well, and his work was exceptional. Before surgery, my daughter snored every night and was a mouth breather. Since the procedure, her snoring has completely stopped, and she is now breathing through her nose.
