I was traveling from out of town and was promptly seen on a same day urgent appointment at the Marrerro office. I was grateful for their flexibility and help. While located slightly out of downtown, the visit was well worth it. I was treated with courtesy and received excellent care and follow up from NP Taylor LeBlanc. Getting my medical records was also handled smoothly and effortlessly by their team. The office is clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Would certainly visit again if the need should arise.
Top notch experience. I brought my son in for airway concerns, as he grinds his teeth in his sleep. Making an appointment and communication was a breeze. The office is clean and open with big windows and a tv for the littles. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were seen before our appointment time and were not kept waiting long. He was so warm and welcoming to my 85 year old mother. He took the time to listen and explain everything that was going on with her. We never felt rushed are that any question was not important. Definitely found us a keeper.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly and I felt as though they really cared about me even though I was a new patient. I had never seen Dr. Fatakia before but again, I was very impressed with him and the way he spoke to his patients. I had overheard a conversation with another patient in the hallway.
