I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly and I felt as though they really cared about me even though I was a new patient. I had never seen Dr. Fatakia before but again, I was very impressed with him and the way he spoke to his patients. I had overheard a conversation with another patient in the hallway. The entire staff was very nice and Dr. Fatakia was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient with my daughters and they felt very comfortable. It's not often, these days, to not feel rushed through any doctor's appointment. It's hard to find a place that makes you feel welcomed like family. I was very pleased with my visit. Highly recommended!

Great experience throughout my whole process. I feel like a new person! So grateful to get this surgery and be handled with great care. It was a long time coming but I believe I got at the right time. This office and its doctors take really good care of you and are very knowledgeable.

The receptionist was polite and efficient. My wait time from check in to being seen was less than 15 minutes. Taylor, the nurse practitioner was very thorough. She explained several tests and what they determine. She wasn’t trying to rush the visit. She made me feel like my visit was not a waste of time and they are concerned with figuring out what’s wrong. Very professional. Highly recommend.

My husband experienced sudden hearing loss and we were able to get appointments same day. Dr Fatakia and staff were awesome and very attentive. Highly recommend them!
