I was traveling from out of town and was promptly seen on a same day urgent appointment at the Marrerro office. I was grateful for their flexibility and help. While located slightly out of downtown, the visit was well worth it. I was treated with courtesy and received excellent care and follow up from NP Taylor LeBlanc. Getting my medical records was also handled smoothly and effortlessly by their team. The office is clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Would certainly visit again if the need should arise.
Top notch experience. I brought my son in for airway concerns, as he grinds his teeth in his sleep. Making an appointment and communication was a breeze. The office is clean and open with big windows and a tv for the littles. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were seen before our appointment time and were not kept waiting long. Dr Irwin at the Marrero location was exceptional. Knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He answered numerous questions I had and I never felt rushed. He listened to all my concerns and made great recommendations. I was very satisfied with the care I received here. All the staff was friendly from start to finish and the office was very clean. Loved the cute animal videos in the waiting area also. So refreshing compared to fox news blaring out nonsense.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly and I felt as though they really cared about me even though I was a new patient. I had never seen Dr. Fatakia before but again, I was very impressed with him and the way he spoke to his patients. I had overheard a conversation with another patient in the hallway. Registration text made the new patient process easy to navigate. The front office staff was welcoming and kind upon arrival and made being a new patient less stressful. The medical team listens carefully to what you have to say and responds accordingly. NP LeBlanc was patient when listening to my reasons for visiting and clear with instructions and explanations of my treatment.
