My child was scheduled @11 we got here at 10:50 weren’t called back until after 12, I filled paper work over email and then was requested to complete the same paper work at the office. The whole office is an unorganized joke. It’s also freezing so bring a snow suit
I want to give a BIG THANKS everyone that took care of me on my very 1st visit here. Front desk woman (forget her name, sorry) was so sweet & friendly. We talked a lot. Also forgot the other woman’s name who took me to the back, she was also sweet, plus I believe she’s fairly new there. NP Sally* was awesome as well! I appreciate you 3 for taking care of me while I was there as a new patient. I’ll get everyone’s name on my next visit & update this review.
Great service! Callie was very knowledgeable and explained about the vertigo. She did the eliley . Gave me a handout what to do. Went to reg urgent care and ENT urgent care was much better and gave me a better understanding of vertigo! I am feeling much better today! I will go back if needed. Thanks
My visit to ENT & Allergy of New Orleans was efficient and cordial. The support staff and attending physician were helpful and knowledgeable. I will be using them again and I recommend you to do so as well.
