This place is great. Fast, easy, and friendly staff. Doctor Qayum is one of the best docs I’ve visited and the front desk staff (I want to say Kayla?) was very sweet as well. Overall, one of the better doc office experiences.
They were wonderful ! I went to an urgent care facility 2 days before I went to this ENT Urgent Care. And they could not remove the wax out of my ear because they did not have instruments to do it. I have been there before and they removed it, but it was very painful whenever they did it. From from now on, I will go to this ENT urgent care because the doctor that treated me did not hurt me at all. I had a pleasant experience and I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you..
My practicer was on time! Big win! But prior to seeing her, the front office staff was pleasant and helpful. Great patient service. The facility is clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend them based on this visit and the service I received.
Right when I entered I was greeted by this sweet young lady. After that I was greeted by my nurse who was amazing!! The doctor was exceptional of course!! I will definitely go back bc all the team had such a great bedside manner and they were very thorough and helpful!! Smiles on faces when going in and leaving!! Ya’ll Rock!! ❤️❤️
I have been extremely happy with my experience. The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly, answers all questions patiently and make you feel very at ease. I would recommend anyone that is experiencing issues to visit ENT and allergy of New Orleans.
