First visit was very impressive. Great Doctor and Nurse Practitioner. The Doctor actually performed the ear test, he gave great feedback on the test and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. The Nurse practitioner cleaned the wax from my ears and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this office.
I had the balloon sinuplasty procedure done today. Dr. Kowal and his entire staff were excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to expect. The procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend!
I was referred by a co-worker and was still unsure since I have been to other ENT’s before that seemed to care about getting me in and out quickly without addressing my concerns. At ENT centers of Excellence I felt heard and cared for by all staff. I finally have a positive outlook for a future where I am not choking, coughing or feeling sick, but able to finally enjoy life.
This place used to be great, but recently something has changed and its become toxic. I'd highly advise anyone who's a patient here, to please go elsewhere, somewhere that actually puts its patients above everything. If I could leave half a star, I would.
Keri was great took time and explained everything in detail, great personality. Doctor koala was very confident and put me at ease about doing the procedure
