As a first-time patient, I wasn’t sure what steps to take and I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelica who guided me through the entire appointment process with patience and such a calming aura. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable from the very first interaction. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a great first impression of the office! As I struggle with anxiety she made me feel less stressed for my upcoming appointment!

Dr.Nguyen, Robert and Juan were outstanding! The front desk greeted me with great hospitality and assisted me with taking the correct medication for my surgery. You don't see this kind of treatment anymore at 7:30 in the morning. They opened right on time just like they told me. My procedure went well Juan and Robert answered all my questions , and I had a lot of them. Dr.Nguyen also answered my questions with a complete explanation for all of them. Best ENT. Had severe ringing in my ears. Called to make appointment and Jasmin front office was so sweet she got me in the same day. She was wonderful taking all my insurance information so professional. When I arrived at the office the check in was very easy and the office was so nice and clean. Sarah the medical assistant helped me right away. Performed CT scan and took a thorough history. I felt super comfortable. Since my arrival at the office front desk personnel were very nice. Once in the room Emily, was very friendly and professional alongside with Gerardo. Emily explained very clearly why I was having trouble and what were the options to remedy them. Then, Sweety further explained the procedure and its benefits. Overall it was a pleasant experience visiting this office. Thank much to all personnel.

The entire ENT &Sinus Center team was fantastic. Not only were they extremely kind, but they thoroughly walk you through every piece of information you need to know, and they really want to make sure you have a great experience. Sweety walked me through all the information and even followed up with me afterwards. Great office to visit. Big thank you to the staff here.
