Jasmin scheduled my appointment very professionally and helpful. When I called back to reschedule for an earlier appointment Evelyn was a big help. Sara & Shannon greeted me very professionally and let me know what would take place during my appointment. To the Doctor that sat down and went over my CT Scan very thorough and with clarity. As a first-time patient, I wasn’t sure what steps to take and I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelica who guided me through the entire appointment process with patience and such a calming aura. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable from the very first interaction. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a great first impression of the office! As I struggle with anxiety she made me feel less stressed for my upcoming appointment!

Best ENT. Had severe ringing in my ears. Called to make appointment and Jasmin front office was so sweet she got me in the same day. She was wonderful taking all my insurance information so professional. When I arrived at the office the check in was very easy and the office was so nice and clean. Sarah the medical assistant helped me right away. Performed CT scan and took a thorough history. I felt super comfortable. Loved my experience at this ENT center! Jasmin and Yessica at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Great personalities. I was seen by the PA Brandon who was just incredible. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Brandon is very skilled and knows his stuff. I went with an ear problem and left without one.
