Excellent treatment by the staff, especially Whitney who walked me through the procedure and what to expect. Dr. McDowell was very professional and patient and I was pleased with the experience and how it all turned out. The following day I got a call from Whitney asking how I was doing and making sure I was comfortable with the meds. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

It was easy to make my first appointment and when I walked in, I noticed how nice the offices were and how clean. Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. I was given a scan after describing the problems I was Having. The CT showed the sinus issues and Station tube things that weren’t quite right that I was complaining about. I had a wonderful experience with Jax Breathe Free! I went in for some pretty bad allergies and sinus issues. The first-time check was very comprehensive and gave me clear guidance on what procedures would actually help. I was recommended a balloon sinuplasty for my turbinates. Dr. McDowell performed the procedure along with Whitney, and both were fantastic. I am only 2 weeks post-op but I can already breathe so well. All of the staff is so sweet and attentive. Whitney was especially great, she checked on me post-surgery and even remembered details specific to my life we’d talked about. It’s clear they actually care about their patients and want to see them get better and heal. I would recommend!

Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing! I had a procedure to open my airways and while I'm still in the healing process, I can already tell that once I'm healed, my sinus issues will be resolved. The procedure was a breeze, and Dr. McDowell made it an almost pleasurable experience. He's so kind, calm and gentle that I could have napped through the entire procedure! Highly recommend! Everyone there is super pleasant and knowledgeable.
