I would like to thank everyone at this clinic for the outstanding care I received. I came in because I was experiencing hearing loss caused by earwax buildup. Before finding this clinic, I had undergone two ear irrigation procedures at another clinic that unfortunately made my condition worse. Jacksonville Breathe Free was difficult to work with regarding health insurance. They did not follow up with me during the insurance authorization process, and it often felt as though they preferred patients to pay out-of-pocket rather than through insurance. At my first appointment, after seeing the practitioner, I was told someone would come in to schedule my procedure. Very thorough and professional. So glad they could do a CT at my appointment, instead of having to come back. The exam of my sinuses was painfree. Were able to achedule my procedure for 2 weeks out.

I owe Dr. McDowell a huge thank you. He has really positively change the quality of my life. From my sinus surgery to helping me prevent my headache and neck pain which Ive dealt with for over 8 yrs he prescribed me a life changing med and I finally have my life back. So glad my PCP referred me to him and so thankful for his knowledge and hard work. Oh and thank you Dr. McDowell for putting me onto the vegan cheese, you were right, it is great lol! -Elysia
