So glad I found Dr. McDowell and the wonderful staff at Jacksonville Breathe Free. Friendly and professional staff made all the preparations and communication so easy, and Dr. McDowell is fantastic. He spent plenty of time explaining my procedure and talked to me throughout so I understood everything he was doing. All of the staff are very nice and thorough. Today is the day after my procedure and I know what to expect because they prepared me well.

Yesterday was my first time going to Jacksonville Breathe Free. It really was a nice visit. I walked in the building and the front desk person Ms. Skyler greeted me with a smile. And when I was called back to be seen, the MA- Ms Kayla also greeted me with smile. Tooked me to the room and tooked my vitals. I mentioned to her i not to long just came off a cruise, and it traumatized me so bad! I ask her not to close the door. She was really patient, professional and sensitive to my claustrophobia! Great experience all around. My first consultation appointment with Erica, she Explained everything very well & answered any questions I had very knowledgeably. She did not act like a salesman just trying to rush me & get me to spend money. She took her time and made sure I understood everything I had questions for & we took the best route to fix my sinus issues, that in itself is hard to find. I had such a comforting experience at this allergy clinic. Shay, Whitney, Kayla, Taylor, and Skylar were incredibly kind and welcoming, which really put me at ease. The clinic was clean, scheduling was easy, and there was little to no wait time. Provider Erica took her time explaining everything and made sure I truly understood my care. I felt heard and cared for highly recommend.

Excellent treatment by the staff, especially Whitney who walked me through the procedure and what to expect. Dr. McDowell was very professional and patient and I was pleased with the experience and how it all turned out. The following day I got a call from Whitney asking how I was doing and making sure I was comfortable with the meds. I highly recommend this team of professionals!
