Couldn't have found a better place than here! The entire staff from the front desk, nurses, and PA, AMAZING! I left feeling heard, learned so much, and can't wait to start breathing better again. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Adding on, I had my sinus procedure this past Friday and Dr Sharma had the most amazing bed side manners during my procedure, his nurse assistant was so kind and sweet, walked me through the entire process. Outstanding staff and extremely talented and personable Dr. Sharma. They explain everything that they are doing as the procedure is progressing it was quite painless. i was quite comfortable that evening and slept very well. I’m just as good the following day and the staff was nice enough to call and follow up. I recommend the office strongly if one is having sinus issues.
My husband was able to get an appointment in 1 day, the staff were all quite wonderful—Amy, Brian and Becky—great communication skills! The explanations of the procedure my husband will have immediately were clear and reassuring. We could not be more pleased with the care given! And the holiday doors were great—but the ELF captured our hearts!!
My experience with Dr Sharma was excellent , since I arrived his assistant Valentina told me each steps details so I was very confidence with the procedure.
