Outstanding staff and extremely talented and personable Dr. Sharma. They explain everything that they are doing as the procedure is progressing it was quite painless. i was quite comfortable that evening and slept very well. I’m just as good the following day and the staff was nice enough to call and follow up. I recommend the office strongly if one is having sinus issues.
Couldn't have found a better place than here! The entire staff from the front desk, nurses, and PA, AMAZING! I left feeling heard, learned so much, and can't wait to start breathing better again. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Adding on, I had my sinus procedure this past Friday and Dr Sharma had the most amazing bed side manners during my procedure, his nurse assistant was so kind and sweet, walked me through the entire process. This place was awesome. Becky, Mary Anne and the staff was just so friendly and made you feel so comfortable. Bryan the PA explained everything in detail and didn't rush us at all during the visit. The two woman sitting at the desk when you first entered were so professional and friendly made your appointment very relaxing. Great looking and very clean office also. This is my first time at this practice with a very chronic ear problem and everyone: The girls at the front desk were amazing, friendly, and so accommodating got me in Today! To Brian, the PA the Quintessential professional that did for me everything that needed to be done after 20+ years of a chronic ear problem, in five years of dealing with a ruptured eardrum. It was one of the best experience I've ever had at a physician's office. I couldn't believe the time they took with me in explaining step by step what the cause of my problem was and the treatment they recommended. They were extremely thorough , very professional and had knowledge of the newest available treatments. I was given a lot of hope for a condition I've lived with for many years and was basically written off by other Physicians.
