I had the best experience at Jupiter Sinus and Allergy. I can not recommend them enough! Everyone there is very kind, very efficient and very competent. No long wait times to get an appointment or at the appointment itself. I am a life long allergy sufferer with ear and nose issues. I had previously been recommended several times by other ENTs to have a Balloon Sinuplasty and Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation. I had an excellent experience at Jupiter Sinus and Allergy today. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and Bryan Martin, PA for Dr. Sharma, provided exceptional care. He was cordial, attentive, and showed genuine concern for the sinus issues I’ve been dealing with. His thorough exam and clear treatment plan gave me real confidence moving forward. Nurse Amy was also wonderful—kind, efficient, and very understanding of the pain I was in. I truly appreciate the outstanding care from the entire team.

Rebecca, Lily and Bryan were just fantastic. Professional, knowledgable with can do positive attitudes. I can’t tell you how long I have had issues no one could seem to diagnosis or offer a solution. Dr. Sharma and his staff were amazing! From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sharma was so kind in explaining the issue, and what the best procedure was. He explained things so we could understand what was happening in plain terms, and gave us great comfort that it was normal and could be solved. Simply made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands...which we were (and are!)

All of the staff was great, friendly and professional. Rebecca was very nice. Matt the PA was very informative and explained everything in way I could understand and also grasp all the information. Place is very updated, and all the tests are done there.
