I had an excellent experience at Jupiter Sinus and Allergy today. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and Bryan Martin, PA for Dr. Sharma, provided exceptional care. He was cordial, attentive, and showed genuine concern for the sinus issues I’ve been dealing with. His thorough exam and clear treatment plan gave me real confidence moving forward. Nurse Amy was also wonderful—kind, efficient, and very understanding of the pain I was in. I truly appreciate the outstanding care from the entire team.
Dr. Sharma and his staff were amazing! From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sharma was so kind in explaining the issue, and what the best procedure was. He explained things so we could understand what was happening in plain terms, and gave us great comfort that it was normal and could be solved. Simply made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands...which we were (and are!)
I had a thoroughly positive experience with Jupiter Sinus & Allergy; not a single negative. I had an awesome experience with this center with my procedure. Dr. Sharma made me feel calm and aware of each step in the procedure. Tais was very supportive. She kept me informed. She help with keeping my anxiety under control. Highly recommended. Thank you.
