Very organized, clean and professional office! I was reluctant, but finally went for the balloon sinuplasty, it’s been extremely helpful, my recovery was very easy. Both Dr. Sharma and Brian PA are very thorough, with great bedside, the front office staff and nurse are all excellent. The use of modern technology in the office greatly simplifies everything, in office X-ray really saved me time/frustration.
The first meeting was great and had a procedure completed that supposedly went well. Since then it’s been nothing but issues including two trips to the ER. A month later still have congestion and ear pain and their response was to follow up with a PCP or go to urgent care. I have been on every antibiotic under the sun and still have symptoms of sinus and bacteria infection.
Every staff and professional member is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Appointment was right on time and moved smoothly through each step. Findings of the examination were shared (and explained) as the evaluation progressed. Treatment and outcomes were discussed throughout the exam and with therapeutic plans. I could not have asked for better treatment.
Great experience so far! I’ve struggled with sinus and migraines and in just one morning they got all figured out. The clinic is clean and beautiful. The staff really nice! I loved the fact that they do all exams in the clinic. I’ve got my procedure scheduled really quick and everything went well. For sure is a 5 stars!
Everything about this practice is phenomenal. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, friendliness, and happy demeanor of ALL the staff was exceptional. My visits with Bryan Martin, PA, were thoroughly enjoyable and HELPFUL, and the scope of his knowledge impressed me each time. (if it helps to know: I am a retired RN who did 40 years of hospital ICU nursing). I am SO grateful for Dr. Sharma's expertise; would definitely recommend him AND this practice to anyone.
