I had a great experience at the Sinus and ENT Center. The office was clean, organized, and everything felt very professional. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, which made check in easy and stress free. Juliana, the nurse practitioner, was amazing. I’ve had such a great experience at this office. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and feel genuinely taken care of. Shuli at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful, which immediately sets the tone. Rosa, the scheduler, is amazing, she’s patient, thorough, and really goes out of her way to make appointments work with your schedule. Juliana, the PA, is incredible. I had an amazing experience at Las Vegas Sinus & ENT Centers. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Juliana Catalon, NP, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She answered every question I had — even the ones I didn’t think to ask — and made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout my visit. You can truly tell she cares about her patients. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Juliana and the entire team!
I was so happy with my first visit here, as I was walking out after just about 30 minutes with my hearing fully restored! PA-C Jamie Lee Planes is amazing and she helped me with great expertise and kindness. She took the time to resolve my issue and save another trip. I highly recommend Las Vegas Sinus and ENT Centers and will choose their care again, even though it isn't even the closest option to my home.
Excellent and such attentive service! Clean and warm environment and everyone is so helpful. They are so good at keeping you informed on your procedure and have no questions. I felt safe and taken care of here.
