New insurance, new provider and new location. First appointment went perfectly with no transition. I personally am very happy as I knew my old glasses were giving me issues with seeing correctly and the fit to my face. Doctor picked up on error before I even said something. Nice to have correct prescription and get a professional that knows their business and cares. Yay!!!
I was out of town and my husband needed ENT help. After hearing about appointment #2 when I returned, it’s very obvious there is something very wrong at this practice. The SURGERY appointment has been canceled and a 2nd opinion is 100% booked. Do they want to help people having ENT troubles or do they want to perform in-office surgery? I was very pleased with Dr. Enrich and his staff. I finally feel like I have reached a point in my sinus journey to get some answers. I am happy to have had things presented in a decent and professional manner.
