The front desk was courteous and helpful. I didn't wait long and the provider Karina had great bedside manner and she answered all my questions and concerns and treated my illness thoroughly and wanted to follow up with me. Love how detailed she was in my care.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Enrich and team fit me in for a "stat" referral. Reception was warm, efficient and timely. Medical assistant was fantastic and informative. Dr. Enrich was truly excellent - thorough, educational, empathetic. Diagnostics top notch and onsite. I cannot say enough - fantastic. Highly recommend.

I cannot overstate how incredible my experience with Dr. Enrich and the entire team at Tennessee Breath Free has been. For many years, I've struggled with severe difficulty breathing through my nose, which also complicated my sleep apnea and made using a CPAP machine a constant battle. Big waste of time unfortunately. Tried to book online -although all info was complete, system wouldn't register it. So I called, they called back and booked an appointment. Confirmed it via text. I took off work to go only to arrive and have them tell me that a third party booked that time and that time was not available. They said they had called me earlier that day. New insurance, new provider and new location. First appointment went perfectly with no transition. I personally am very happy as I knew my old glasses were giving me issues with seeing correctly and the fit to my face. Doctor picked up on error before I even said something. Nice to have correct prescription and get a professional that knows their business and cares. Yay!!!
