Apparently this is a “independent institute “ and if your a no show u cannot reschedule the guy over the phone refuses to allow u to speak with whose over the institution which I’ve never heard of such I actually had a family emergency and decided to give them a call and try again once things settled I’m happy to take my business elsewhere because thats unfortunate and very inconvenient to not be allowed to reschedule jokes on them tho there’s always a better buissness and that’s actually how you loose buissness and make peo... read more
I was very unhappy in the doctor. I felt that he didn’t listen. He was rude and disrespectful. Let me know that he didn’t care what my symptoms were or what other doctor had said. Would not recommend this office.
The staff and Dr Enrich are great. Dr Enrich explained how he could improve my breathing and clear up the infection that had been there. I knew shat to sxpect and recovery was fast.
Being in my 60's I've had a good number of experiences with various doctors over the years. Some of the doctors have been "Good", many "Not so Good", but I can truthfully say that this is the first time I've met a doctor that I believe I can trust completely with my health and know that he sincerely cares about me and will always do the right thing for me and not for my billing. Dr. Steven Enrich is one of the very rare health care professionals that is what you hope all doctors could be.
Dr Enrich and his staff were excellent. He was very personable and patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. His staff was kind and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely be seeing him again. My entire visit was wonderful.
