I had a great experience during my ear cleaning appointment. Dyllan, the PA-C, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the procedure. He made me feel comfortable and ensured the process was quick and painless. Tiana was also wonderful and took great care of me from the moment I arrived. Where to begin? This was one of the most positive doctor visits I've ever had. First of all, I was scheduled within 2 days! That's incredible. Secondly, I have never had such a thorough exam. The expertise of the doctor was amazing, and he genuinely cared about me. He listened and addressed all my concerns. The office staff and nurse were, also, very caring and professional. I found this place through my insurance company and I’m so glad I was lead in this direction. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The registration process is paperless and easy to navigate. I had imaging done and a check on some symptoms. I was given a treatment plan and out of the office in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this offices’ services!

They fixed my breathing! I had a recurrent sinus infection for months and all urgent care did was steroid and antibiotics over and over. I eventually found breathe free, thank god I did! Brandon the PA really listened to me and explained everything on my CT scan in depth. He found my recurrent infection and scheduled me for an in office procedure with Dr. Franklin. He worked his magic and now I’m infection free and breathing so much better. My allergies are even less severe after the procedure! What a miracle this place is! ... read more

I had Balloon Sinuplasty done and had great experience. My insurance wasn’t easy to work with, but the team here was always very nice and helpful. Dr. Franklin was also very nice and professional. It’s been less than a week and everything has been healing great! Thank you all!
