Had sinus surgery today and had some extended bleeding, the office staff was so est to get ahold of and was so professional, competent and compassionate. They gave me tricks to stop the bleeding and told me they would call me back in 15min and they I. Fact called back right at 15 mins. They were able to keep me calm and safe. Everything I working out. Great doctors and even better staff! Keep up the good work guys

The MA that helped us, Matt, was phenomenal! He was upbeat, explained everything, was thorough and funny! Amanda, PA was one of the best providers hands down!!! She took her time in explaining what was found in the scans, explained the root causes of the issues, and all the options available to try to resolve the issues. It wasn't one of those visits where the provider just wants to fix the issue but she found the cause of it and we will be fixing that which in turn will resolve all the other problems that arose from that. ... read more

My husband had surgery this morning, to clear out his eusation tube. Upon entering received a friendly greeting at reception desk. There was not a long wait.Then greeted and taken good care of from a lovely, attentive, kind informative Lady Lorena. Thank you so much for your care. It did not go unnoticed. I was pleasantly surprised by the caring and kindness of this office! I've never been to an ENT before and I'm almost 50. I only had to wait about a week to get in. I was expecting a month like with a lot of specialists. I had a comfortable feeling from the very beginning even before my appointment they called to confirm (most places just text) and told me if I need anything before my appointment just call. I was referred to Oasis ENT by a coworker for sinus and breathing issues. I had answers at my first visit as to what the issues were and we made a plan moving forward. I went in for surgery with Dr. Smedley who was amazing. The entire staff was awesome and helped calm my nerves. My nurse Sam was great and took phenomenal care of me. Highly recommend Oasis ENT, I am so grateful for their help. They took care of everything, I just had to show up.
