The offices are right next to each other . They are clean, all the staff is professional, friendly, helpful, understanding and supportive. They're very thorough. I went in for an office procedure. I opted to go local anesthesia. Everything went great. I'm 1 day post opp. I feel amazing a slight bit of dis comfort.
This is the very best ENT facility I have ever experienced. Started with Jenna Bolger NP, she is amazing, kind, sensitive, compassionate and listens. Dr Smedley was the exact same, he was also funny. They both made me so comfortable. As well as the numerous staff I came in contact with. I apologize I don’t have there names. I would never want to go anywhere else for my sinus issues. Did I say they are the very best?!
Absolute PERFECTION, A-Z! Front office staff was great, the nurse practitioner was outstanding and the PA , Alfred, is the best of the best. I have never experienced such a thorough explanation of EVERYTHING as well as being able to see exactly what my issues are live in a video screen. I highly recommend this ENT practice. This is the best ENT practice I have ever been to. Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. Travis spent time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. For the first time in a year I feel like I'm being heard and a plan for treatment was quickly established. I've already referred a friend. If you are looking for excellent practitioners and a team that hears and respects your knowledge of your own body. This is the place to go!
Amazing experience here! Everyone was so kind to me and made this experience easy for me and less nerve racking! Would recommend Oasis to anyone needing ENT help and somewhere to feel safe getting procedures! :) Also, Breanna Ferris really helped me through this process and made sure I felt informed, safe, and cared for during the entire time I was there!
