I was pleasantly surprised by the caring and kindness of this office! I've never been to an ENT before and I'm almost 50. I only had to wait about a week to get in. I was expecting a month like with a lot of specialists. I had a comfortable feeling from the very beginning even before my appointment they called to confirm (most places just text) and told me if I need anything before my appointment just call. I was referred to Oasis ENT by a coworker for sinus and breathing issues. I had answers at my first visit as to what the issues were and we made a plan moving forward. I went in for surgery with Dr. Smedley who was amazing. The entire staff was awesome and helped calm my nerves. My nurse Sam was great and took phenomenal care of me. Highly recommend Oasis ENT, I am so grateful for their help. They took care of everything, I just had to show up.
From the initial telephone call through the entire first visit there was the utmost concern for the patient.(me) Dani was the person whom I made initial contact with and made sure I got in expediently. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and unfortunately I did not get her name. Lara was the Medical Assistant addressing why I was there, and Keelin was the Nurse Practitioner who did an unexpected ct scan and minor procedure all in the same visit, explaining every step of the way. This is the very best ENT facility I have ever experienced. Started with Jenna Bolger NP, she is amazing, kind, sensitive, compassionate and listens. Dr Smedley was the exact same, he was also funny. They both made me so comfortable. As well as the numerous staff I came in contact with. I apologize I don’t have there names. I would never want to go anywhere else for my sinus issues. Did I say they are the very best?!
Absolute PERFECTION, A-Z! Front office staff was great, the nurse practitioner was outstanding and the PA , Alfred, is the best of the best. I have never experienced such a thorough explanation of EVERYTHING as well as being able to see exactly what my issues are live in a video screen. I highly recommend this ENT practice. My surgery is now complete ! Dr. Smedley was very engaging and the end result is amazing. After many years of frustration with difficulty breathing through my nose, it is now perfect.
