Office was clean. MA was very thorough. Al was wonderful and explained everything so well. Appreciate the time spent to break everything down with my husband and myself and how he explained everything as he was doing it. Really felt like we were a part of the decision making. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend Al to anyone needing an evaluation.
Wow! VERY VERY impressed with this place. Extremely informative, told me exactly what was going to happen in my appointment. Explained the sinus' to me. Extremely happy with Oasis. Did not think that patient services was this awesome any more. My intake nurse was very helpful and he explained everything to me as well, and asked me if I needed any thing at all. Time in waiting room was short, time in exam room was short as well. Totally happy.
I’m very happy with the service the provided. Everyone on the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they take lots of time to explain everything that they will be doing and educate you to the processes of the procedure . I find this a very rare experience in the medical system. The extra knowledge they provided really helped me feel safe and understand what was being done I highly recommend using them. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. I will definitely utilize them in the future.
I had a great experience at this ENT office! I came in with right ear pain and saw provider Al — he had me feeling better in less than a week. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel really taken care of. Also want to give a big shoutout to the medical assistants, Lara and Audrey — they were both amazing, super kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this team!
Can’t say enough good things about that place! I put off my Sinus Balloon Procedure for months and am honestly kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The staff was very friendly and communicative. Dr. Smedley was also incredible. I can finally breathe and it feels amazing!
