The MA that helped us, Matt, was phenomenal! He was upbeat, explained everything, was thorough and funny! Amanda, PA was one of the best providers hands down!!! She took her time in explaining what was found in the scans, explained the root causes of the issues, and all the options available to try to resolve the issues. It wasn't one of those visits where the provider just wants to fix the issue but she found the cause of it and we will be fixing that which in turn will resolve all the other problems that arose from that. ... read more

My husband had surgery this morning, to clear out his eusation tube. Upon entering received a friendly greeting at reception desk. There was not a long wait.Then greeted and taken good care of from a lovely, attentive, kind informative Lady Lorena. Thank you so much for your care. It did not go unnoticed. I was pleasantly surprised by the caring and kindness of this office! I've never been to an ENT before and I'm almost 50. I only had to wait about a week to get in. I was expecting a month like with a lot of specialists. I had a comfortable feeling from the very beginning even before my appointment they called to confirm (most places just text) and told me if I need anything before my appointment just call.
