Dr. "AL" and his staff were great at my most recent visit. Dr. "AL" was very detailed and informative. His entire staff stayed late the day of my appointment to make sure I was taken care of. They all had a great attitude and were very nice. Irene was very helpful dealing with scheduling and insurance questions and even called back when she said she would .The audio/hearing Dr. was also very pleasant to deal with. They are all very professional, thorough and kind. Thank you all for your help and a great experience!

Dr. Smedley was very patient and informative during our first meeting. He made sure to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Front office staff is friendly as well as the nurses who help with your care. On surgery day I was a little nervous but again Dr. Smedley made me feel comfortable. I was not super thrilled with the anesthesiologist, however. He was a bit snarky and did not make me feel comfortable. I was having consistent ear ringing and congestion on one side despite management attempts with OTC allergy meds. My first appt. included a hearing test and a CT. Afterwards, I met with the PA, Al. He was very informative and made me feel at ease with the suggested treatment. I underwent the balloon sinuplasty with some additional procedures at the same time. Great experience for family member who has not been feeling well. Extensive hearing test and visit with Dr. Exam and full discussion about symptoms. Exam them great discussion about what should be the course of treatment. Everything set up right there on the first visit to elevate the issue. Surgery and first check up went well.

10/10 my sinus procedure went amazingly I have never smelt the roses like I have before until today, and my breathing capabilities have never been better, they are so good in-fact I decided to sign up for a marathon next week! and all the people I spoke to were so energetic, comforting, and very kind. Especially Angel, she was the most supportive and caring person I’ve met in my entire life she made me feel like a son.
