This is the very best ENT facility I have ever experienced. Started with Jenna Bolger NP, she is amazing, kind, sensitive, compassionate and listens. Dr Smedley was the exact same, he was also funny. They both made me so comfortable. As well as the numerous staff I came in contact with. I apologize I don’t have there names. I would never want to go anywhere else for my sinus issues. Did I say they are the very best?!
This is the best ENT practice I have ever been to. Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. Travis spent time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. For the first time in a year I feel like I'm being heard and a plan for treatment was quickly established. I've already referred a friend. If you are looking for excellent practitioners and a team that hears and respects your knowledge of your own body. This is the place to go!
The medical assistant Sam was great! Very knowledgeable and patient before my pre opt because I had a ton of questions. Dr Smedley does great work and so far so good on post procedure. Normal congestion post op but already I can breathe better than before. Looking forward to the final results! I highly recommend this team!
I had a local procedure done that included balloon sinus dilation and turbinate reduction. Dr Smedley did the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised to have the procedure completed in around 30 minutes and I felt zero pain. Very comfortable setting and very professional and personable staff. I was greeted by my first name to be checked in for my appointment. Thank you Michaela for that warm personal greeting. I was having throat issues. My primary care doctor referred me to an ENT doctor. Immediately I thought of Alfred Koos at Oasis ENT. Within two days of calling for an appointment I was seen by Alfred. He listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and developed a plan of action.
