First of all, I want to thank the Lord for guiding me to this ENT clinic. This was my first visit, and I went there with sinusitis, congestion, headaches, and breathing problems. If you have any doctor-phobia or anxiety around practitioners, I would very much recommend this place! I worked with Kenya, who was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease. She also happily answered my many questions and was, overall, a joy to work with.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to do one for this. I have nothing but the best things to say about the team at Richmond Breathe Free. The scheduling and administration staff is very responsive and helpful. Dr. Ditto and the team who assessed my sinuses and then later conducted the procedure were fantastic, and I can really tell the difference in my breathing, smelling and symptom relief. Everyone from at Breathe Free is very professional and personable! They answer the phone directly which is hard to find these days! Lydia and Asia at the front are always very professional and welcoming! All of the medical assistant/technicians are as well. I have seen Kenya several times and she has always taken great care of me and answered all of my questions. I recently had a minor procedure there and it went well. I would recommend coming here for your ENT needs.
