This place is amazing. Was nervous and had no hope because of what i had heard from other ENT doctors. I had 3 different people i had met that had all referred me to Dr Lee. Let me tell you! Dr. Lee is someone who definitely knows what he’s doing and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in what he was going to do with my surgery. Surgery was a success. Karen (MA), is one of the kindest person I know. She has been extremely helpful, kind and so fun to talk to! Grateful, she is party of a wonderful team at the Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy Center! Also, all the staff has been so wonderful! Mary Romney, PA-C, is exceptional with my aftercare and very kind and knowledgeable in helping me understand how I can feel better! Thank you for a very positive experience. From the front desk staff and check in, to meeting with Desiree and Tori for scheduling, I received thorough, professional, and knowledgeable care. I appreciate the time spent in explaining my sinus issues and what may be best procedure moving forward. I highly recommend Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy. Very welcoming environment from the front desk, to the end of my appointment. I didn’t get the young lady name at the front desk but she was so nice! Also, the gentleman who helped me at the end! Karen (MA) was amazing! She was very warm welcoming, along with making sure I was fully aware of what to expect of the process. Mary was also very knowledgeable. I felt heard & like we will be moving towards a place of resolution. I am excited to go through the next steps & see what this company has to offer.

I was referred here by a friend after having an AWFUL experience somewhere else. From walking in for my first appointment being welcomed by Siairah, Briana, and Christina to the genuine care shown by the entire med team (especially Karen, Bri, and Lauren), this isn’t just the best ENT office I’ve been to but one of the best experiences I’ve had with any medical office. They truly care about their patients and their well being. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming thoughtful environment!
