I had thee best appointment at SoCal Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy centers!! I have never met a staff that were so friendly, welcoming, and educated to my needs as a patient. The front desk staff were so welcoming and made it very easy to check in. Marley not only took the time to listen to the reasons for my visit, but also took the time to explain, educate, and validate my concerns as a patient. Highly recommend! I've talked to another company about getting a balloon sinuplasty, and I never went through with it due to lack of information when explaining the details. Everyone at SoCal Breathe Free is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very thoroughly. I have someone close to me who talked me out of doing the procedure years ago, but after hearing everything broken down so well from them, I decided to do it without any pressure from them. Honestly one of the best patient experiences I've had. They got me in for a same day appointment, and when I got there they were running perfectly on time. Every staff member I dealt with was courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I felt my exam was comprehensive and they took the time to answer all the questions I had. Truly a shining star of what the patient care experience should be!
