The staff here are all wonderful and I can breathe so well through my nose! Joelle at the front desk is so sweet and remembered my name immediately, meaning I’d walk in to “Hi Cat, good to see you!” which feels very special and oh-so human. From the very beginning of reaching out to So Cal Breathe Free I’ve had the best experience. The staff who helped me get scheduled were kind and very helpful. Then my appointment with Marley completely exceeded my expectations. She was so very helpful and through! She was straightforward but also SO sensitive and kind. She spent as much time as I needed to understand my situation - even waiting for my husband to park and find his way upstairs and then repeating everything again. I had such a positive experience today. The staff were so sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Roxanne was truly wonderful. She took her time, listened to all my concerns, and made me feel understood. I’m very thankful for her kindness and professionalism!
Upon entry into the office, it is very expansive with a lot of room. It appears the chairs were strategically placed so that nobody is right on top of each other. I loved it. From the second I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Everyone was as nice as I could have ever hoped for. Elaine called me into the room and she was incredibly professional, very polite and very sweet. She did my preliminary work and then I waited for the PA to come in.
