The staff here are all wonderful and I can breathe so well through my nose! Joelle at the front desk is so sweet and remembered my name immediately, meaning I’d walk in to “Hi Cat, good to see you!” which feels very special and oh-so human. Roxanne was the first doctor to come in and walk me through the procedure as well as the two follow ups. Her energy is infectious and she’s so kind and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience at SoCal Breath Free Sinus and Allergy Centers today. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, warm, and welcoming. The entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Hershcovitch was not only very knowledgeable, but also kind and personable. Best doctor I have ever been to in my entire 31 years of life! I had drove in 4 1/2 hours in from Las Vegas to see this doctor for a heavily deviated septum and I was welcomed with open arms immediately. He was knowledgeable, showed me x rays on my nose without me having to ask for them and went straight into a solution for fixing my problem instead of just prescribing me medication for a temporary fix. From the very beginning of reaching out to So Cal Breathe Free I’ve had the best experience. The staff who helped me get scheduled were kind and very helpful. Then my appointment with Marley completely exceeded my expectations. She was so very helpful and through! She was straightforward but also SO sensitive and kind.
