I had thee best appointment at SoCal Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy centers!! I have never met a staff that were so friendly, welcoming, and educated to my needs as a patient. The front desk staff were so welcoming and made it very easy to check in. Marley not only took the time to listen to the reasons for my visit, but also took the time to explain, educate, and validate my concerns as a patient. Jennifer and Marley were amazing!! Jennifer was very welcoming, and Marley was really thorough. The instruments used looked scary, but Marley was super gentle. The visit included a CT scan to examine the sinus as well at no extra charge. The clinic itself was huge and clean. Overall, I would come back and recommend this clinic for all ent problems!
I have struggled with breathing out of my nose for years and never took the step to fix it because it was so overwhelming. From my first appointment everyone was so helpful, answering all of my questions, and told me what my problem was right away. They made the entire process so easy and ensured that I felt comfortable the entire time. I can not recommend this place enough!
The staff was great and extremely knowledgeable. They took there time to explain everything that was going on with my sinus even though I was there last appointment. Honestly probably one of the best doctor appointments I’ve ever had! Highly recommend, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
Stay away from this place!!! If I could, I'd give it zero stars. They do a bait and switch. Made an appointment and asked specifically, to see Dr. H for my 87 year old mom. I was told that my mom would be seeing Dr. H at her appointment that I made. The doctor wasn't even there, they sent in someone else, who was extremely rude!!! We left right away and didn't see anyone. What a waste of time. Not a doctor for her first visit???Was told that Dr. H only see patients when they are in surgery. Unbelievable!
