I had an amazing experience here at SoCal Breathe Free! Dr. H is an exceptional physician who provided me with compassionate and thorough care throughout my whole appointment. He listened to my concerns and took the time to go over my diagnosis and what treatments he felt were in my best interest. The staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming and very professional. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this practice for anyone suffering with any sinus issues.
Jasmin admitted me as I was a first time patient. There were a lot of forms to fill and she was very warm and helpful in expediting the process. Roxanne was my physician’s assistant and was very thorough in explaining my condition and the different options that would be used to treat it. Again, very warm friendly and accessible in the interaction. Great introduction to the practice!
Let me just start by stating the obvious: I don't think anyone looks forward to any sort of doctor appointment. However, after my experience here, I am looking forward to any time I need to come back! Izzy helped me a lot throughout my appointment, and she made me feel so comfortable and less stressed. Let me preface this by saying that I don’t write reviews. Like maybe one every few years at best. That being said.. I have been here twice. I had an amazing first time experience but the second time sealed the deal. A few years ago I came for a sinus related appointment. This time was for an ear wax impaction after swimming. I had an amazing experience with their office! From the consultation to my procedure, everyone was so kind and helpful. They really cared about the sinus issues I was having and made me feel so comfortable. Lauren and Jasmine from reception were great, and even gave me a nose rinse sample for free! A lot of doctors in my experience don’t seem to care and rush me out of the office, but they were very thorough and patient. 10/10 recommend!
