The entire staff is so sweet and very lively! They make the office feel as comfortable and calm as possible. I really enjoyed my visit with Marley (PA). She's so kind and walked me through all that was going on with my sinuses, explaining everything and making sure I understood what was going on. I had a great experience with Marley and Jasmin during my ENT visit. Both were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. They answered all my questions and were very supportive. I truly appreciate their care and attitude. However, I was quite frustrated with the check-in process. I had to fill out all the same forms for the second time, even though I already completed them the day before. I hope the clinic can improve this part of the process in the future.
I had an amazing experience here at SoCal Breathe Free! Dr. H is an exceptional physician who provided me with compassionate and thorough care throughout my whole appointment. He listened to my concerns and took the time to go over my diagnosis and what treatments he felt were in my best interest. The staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming and very professional. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this practice for anyone suffering with any sinus issues.
I had an amazing experience with their office! From the consultation to my procedure, everyone was so kind and helpful. They really cared about the sinus issues I was having and made me feel so comfortable. Lauren and Jasmine from reception were great, and even gave me a nose rinse sample for free! A lot of doctors in my experience don’t seem to care and rush me out of the office, but they were very thorough and patient. 10/10 recommend!
Let me just start by stating the obvious: I don't think anyone looks forward to any sort of doctor appointment. However, after my experience here, I am looking forward to any time I need to come back! Izzy helped me a lot throughout my appointment, and she made me feel so comfortable and less stressed.
