What a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, professional, and informative. Started my appointment with getting a CT scan which was efficient and easy. The PA went over my CT scan results very thoroughly and explained what she saw could be improved with treatment. scheduled my outpatient surgery with Andrew who explained my insurance benefits and was able to get me an appointment quickly. I’ve had a couple procedures completed and each time the staff tended to my needs without hesitation and made the experience enjoyable. Incredible practice. They have great availability and scheduling practices, are super receptive and responsive, and very efficient. Front desk staff and practitioners are very kind. I have had zero issues since becoming a patient. Best ENT in the SoCal area.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences since being a patient at this office. The front office desk staff are extremely helpful and kind, which I feel is very important for the overall ambience and culture of the office. The doctor is also very pleasant and evidently invested in the wellbeing of his patients. I will continue to return.
