Dr Paul S and his staff were very competent, courteous, professional & caring while surgically correcting my sons deviated septum. His case was a complex one but Dr Paul S had the expertise to successfully treat him so that he now breathes freely. This has been a game changer and we are so grateful for the medical care from SoCal Breathe Free. We highly recommend them.
I had a fantastic experience here. After negative encounters with other ENT providers, I was nervous for this appointment, but the team made it seamless. They were incredibly efficient. I waited less than two minutes between assessments but I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions thoroughly without using confusing technical jargon. Kylie and Jillian were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this practice.

The PA staff is impressive and knowledgable, and were able to offer clinical opinions about my chronic sinusitis. Everyone at the SoCal Breathe Free team is excellent. You feel completely cared for, they check in on you, and you can always ask questions or raise concerns. I had a simple in-office procedure, and can now breathe through my nose for the first time in over a decade. My only regret is not booking my initial appointment years ago!
I had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Schalch last year in July, 2024. It was the best thing I could have done. I have healed super well and it wasn’t as painful as I would have imagined. I saw Dr. Schalch for 2 years in his clinic and at UCSD. I was always treated super well by his staff and felt heard about my concerns. Before surgery, I was treated prior with laser treatments to reduce my tonsils and begin with minimally invasive methods.
