I love the St.Louis Sinus Center. I had a septoplasty and a sinus balloon dialation procedure done. The septoplasty was performed at the surgery center and everyone was amazing, surgery went great and im so pleased with the results. The next week I had a sinus balloon dialtion performed at the sinus center, and it also went super well, the staff is great and I can breath 1000x better than I could before. Very Professional, Extremely Clean place of buisiness. The staff very kind and considerate…let’s just say….”professional”by definition! I highly recommend the St. Louis Sinus Center. I went because I thought my hearing was going bad, and to my surprise…Dr. Gould, assistant, Dr. Uetrecht performed this procedure and my ears are good as new. I can actually lower the volume down on my tv…lol! Thank You to all the staff, at the St. Louis Sinus Center🥰

I had septum surgery with Dr. James Gould in April 2025 and a balloon procedure in November 2025. My insurance denied the balloon twice and made me wait six months, but Dr. Gould personally stepped in, handled the peer-to-peer call, and got it approved. They scheduled me six days later. The results have been life-changing. I can breathe clearly, I sleep great, and I can finally smell again. My wife is sleeping better too now that I’m not snoring like a construction project. I’ve1/19/26 I’ve not one reason to give any rating less than outstanding ! 1) Well educated staff from 1st encounter to the last. Great job! 2) “bed side” manners are wonderful. I felt a genuine interest in me from the nurse, PA and billing clerk. Keep loving your career… I felt it! 🤗

I have been having some issues with my ears for a while now. I called the festus location and explained my situation. Not only did I get a next day appointment at the St. Louis location but they worked around my work schedule. Maybe it was just luck but I’m very happy! Everyone was very nice! I definitely felt very comfortable there! I highly recommend!
