Saw doctor a couple of times, seems knowledgeable but was unable to help me with what I needed. He and nurse told me they would refer me to another doctor. Said they would take care of "everything". A month later haven't heard from anyone. Left several messages for nurse, Kayela. Would not return my calls. Finally spoke with her after telling receptionist I had left several messages. She was short, rude and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional!
Just tired to make a new patient appointment due to an issue with my throat. The front staff member did everything to not schedule an appointment on 9-3-25 @3 :15 pm. Confirmed insurance. Confirmed issue. Confirmed it was a ppo cuase she kept trying to direct me to a pcp like you do with hmo. Then wanted medical records for unrelated medical things. I gave up and hung up cause they were trying incredibly hard to not take a simple new patient appointment .
Dr. Franklin is wonderful, but I want to shout out the billing department for proactively sending back overpayments without having to hunt them down. Most medical practices wait to send overpayment until you call in and request it. They sent it to me months in advance without having to make the request. Rare for any medical practice and certainly appreciated.
We love Dr. Franklin! I have seen him as an adult, and my daughter is currently a patient. She could not be more comfortable in his office, and she is only 2! He takes the time to explain things well, but also is very efficient. The staff is very nice and courteous of timing- we have never waited long in the waiting room or exam room. I will always recommend Dr. Franklin!
I came to Dr. Franklin in severe pain due to a severe ear infection. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Franklin helped ease the pain and put me on antibiotics. Dr. Franklin, and his outstanding staff, showed empathy and caring for their patients that few others do. Dr. Franklin has my highest recommendation for ENT issues.
