I had my first visit today at Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the entire team made me feel comfortable right away. I especially want to recognize Astrid for her outstanding service. My first visit was with a PA. She was very friendly and very helpful. During my visit I had an MRI and then I had a little medical episode, not related to the appointment. I had to schedule a second visit to complete my appointment. During the second visit the PA checked my sinuses and went over my MRI and explained everything to me very clearly and explained how they could treat me medically and surgically. Look no further, just go to them! Fantastic all around! I had called several ent docs before deciding to make the drive and go to WPB breathe free & sinus. Local Boynton and Wellington ent's had quoted me 300 plus for an initial visit and steep additional costs for ct scans and pressure tests. As an uninsured/cash pay patient I was worried I'd end up with a 600 dollar bill. I had great experience at this office, although the receptionist was not helpful. I did scheduled a non medical visit to simply to learn more about common procedures and pricing, since I have an interest in the medical devices field and in understanding how these treatments are performed. The staff was professional and accommodating, although the doctor did not take time to speak with me, but the technician did take the time to speak with me directly. Door #4 is the best!! What a great experience! The entire team provided excellent service and exhibited kindness from start to finish. From the ease of booking the appointment with the courteous staff to the actual appointment the service was great. I was brought right in and seen immediately. The care was superior, the office was clean and the care was fantastic. I would highly recommend WPB Breathe Free Sinus to anyone in need of a great ENT!
