This is the 2nd time I saw Kim. She was wonderful. She removed wax and cauterized a vein in my nose that was causing bleeding. She was detailed and clear with her directions. While being pleasant and professional

I went in for wax removal. Had a scan and wax removed (with some effort…) Kate went over my scans with me and identified some abnormalities that could be rectified with a balloon sinus dilation.
