They were able to fit me in on short notice. They answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns.
Procedure went very well, first week was rough, but steady improvement since. Small setback midway through recovery, but office responsive to meet the challenge, and soon I was back on track. Doing well now.
My experience was very positive. The entire staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Weiss was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so that I understood.

Kim Was competent. She showed the exact issue in my middle hear using the screen display. She explained the resolution options clearly. Very very happy with the care. Bryan PS the other staff were very helpful as well.
