The experience from my first visit to my procedure today was excellent. Everyone I met with was respectful, professional and made me feel relaxed and at ease.
The PA helped resolve the health issue
Dr. Waters has always been very helpful and this visit was no exception. She found the source of my problem very quickly using your new CT Scan and, with the help of a scope, was able to assure me there were nothing unusual going on with my larynx.
Overall care has been very good. Office very responsive following procedure to any concerns or discomfort I was exoeriencing.
Endoscopy was well done by Kim. I was constantly informed as the procedure was being done, which was very reassuring and comforting. Excellent experience.
l never met a more pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable staff as l did today at CT ent. They listened to me carefully and respected my complaints of my recent epistaxis event. They educated me on how to handle it more smoothly next time.
