My visit with Katy was fine. My complaint is this- taking a blood pressure on a patient after escorting into an exam and having her sit on an exam room seat with her feet 4 inches off the floor ( I am short) gives a very inaccurate blood pressure reading. I’m a retired RN , take my B/P every Friday and was your reading different !!!!!

Out of all the ENT's I've visited all my life, none have ever looked up my nasal passages to see what's going on! I'm sure if they had, the many O2 drops I've experienced would have been eliminated to a degree .
After a botched sinus procedure, I told Dr Waters' office that it wasn't healing well. They assured me it was, though during multiple follow-ups, I was not seen by Dr Waters. For four months, I complained that it didn't feel better, but the doctor didn't do a CT scan (though they bragged about having one on site) or even inspect me personally.
