The whole experience was excellent and Katie did a particularly fantastic job in walking me through the examination process, and helping me to understand what was going on clearly. The use of technology to help quickly diagnose my problems and show me my issues was particularly helpful.
On time and well organized. Antoine did an x-ray and Kim reviewed it and explained everything thoroughly and clearly.

Dr Weiss took enough time to clearly explain options and boiled it down to the one important question to ask our audiologist. He wasn’t rushed and that was very appreciated.
