Kim was very patient listening to my issue. She explained in detail what the procedure was going to be with the camera. She put my mind at ease with her diagnosis. She explained what I needed to do for the issue and included documentation. Kim also took care of the wax in both ears so I did not have to come back for my regular scheduled appointment.
